Good variety of classes. Teachers know what they’re doing, engage with students during class, and are very welcoming to new students. Very friendly environment. Can’t say enough good about this studio, its teachers, and positive environment.

I really enjoy Tahoe Rising because of the variety of classes offered and each class is very intentional and personable!

Went here tonight for a yoga and wine class. It was so fun and non-judgemental. The teacher was really laid back, but also gave good direction on what we should be feeling in each pose.I look forward to coming back this week for another class.
