“Well we decided to tie the knot at Emerald Bay Lake Tahoe, 9 months ago. I immediately searched the internet for wedding coordinators in the area. I came across High Mountain Weddings at Lake Tahoe. I was impressed with the reviews and high ratings. So, I proceeded to contact this business. I was delighted and relieved to know that our date was available. So, we booked our date. The process was so easy, and the fact that we are from Tx and we were getting married at Lake Tahoe, Ca. would be a challenge to coordinate. I called with a couple of questions and had answered all the questions they had for me and only received phone calls from the businesses that needed to arrange dates to meet up, the closer we came to the date. Clean towels daily per request. Floors & groats was super clean. We were pleasantly surprised. Continental breakfast with flavored coffee was great for an easy free breakfast. It is right on the strip so it was very nice walking around. Casinos and restaurants all right there. The best part was it snowed for my daughter's 24th Birthday. “We had our Tahoe Douglas Rotary Club golf tournament at the LTGC in September and it was a blast! Everyone at the club, especially Alex McKeen and Kevin Sommerfeld, made our event extra special. They were pros and really knew how to make the event run smoothly and ensure everyone had a memorable time. We would definitely encourage others to have their event, wedding, club gathering, or golf tournament at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course!”

“Georgeous hotel in the heart of Heavenly Valley! This family friendly hotel has it all, kitchenette, fireplace, comfortable rooms, gym, swimming pool, close to skiing and hiking, biking, great restaurants and more! Everything you could want in a resort hotel! We love staying with family and friends and come as often as possible!”

“The room was very small, dirty , the TV was not working, the plug outlets were broken, the stairs to my room ( room number 269 and 270) were closed and there is only one elevator, for which you have to wait 10 minutes every time. Sure this was a motel very sub par then holiday inn. On top of it there were people overcrowded in the breakfast area. It was the worst experience being an IHG member.”

“The shuttle bus is right outside. Great for access to the slopes for skiing. The rooms are quiet, very clean, warm, cosy, comfortable and dry. Small fireplace, good storage and cute homey details. Simple kitchenette (coffee, tea, cups etc provided). The room was cleaned and there were fresh towels every day. Perfect stay for a weekend ski trip. I'll be staying again.”

“Ambiance: Been here a couple times and love it each time. The Ambiance is amazing. It has the view of the water, the boats, and the sunshine. I can’t ask for more.Service: From experience the service has been great it could be better. Not all staff are friendly all the time but our server was super awesome this visit. He was on top of everything and he kept checking on us.Food: We weren’t too hungry so we ordered from small bites or appetizer section of the menu (which still looked like regular serving).I love Poke I was excited for the Ahi Poke Stack. The poke is delicious but was disappointed with the sticky rice. It was super cold and undercooked. I did return it and they gave me a new one but the rice was the same. Thank you to our server we got comped for the Ahi Poke, I didn’t ask for it so it was a nice surprise! We ordered the Dungeness Crab Sandwich, Soup, Garlic Bread, dessert and for the home stretch we got cocktails and wine!”
