Straight up the best customer service in Tahoe. Super personable staff and the shop is dope. They have the best selection compared to the three others shops I made my way into. When I come back, I am 10000% giving them all of my business again. Keep it steezy.

Just got a beautiful new snowboard, boots, and bindings. Devon was great! Could not be happier. Flew in from Florida that afternoon, needed supplies and he delivered. As soon as we walked into the store he quickly gave us attention and helped us with different board types that suites our needs. He also gave us suggestions with different bindings and boots to go with our budget. Hands down these guys are the best in Tahoe. I don’t really write reviews but this place was definitely a 5 Star experience.

Super cool board shop. Bought my son a new snowboard and the service was amazing. Nice staff. Very helpful and prices are great. Lots of stuff on sale. They also rent gear for a great price. They will be getting my business whenever I visit Lake Tahoe from now on!

Poor customer service. As a beginner looking for a pair of boots, I was understandably nervous before entering the store. The male attendant was very judgmental, and i felt he was looking down on me when recommending a pair of boots. He mentioned things like “As a beginner, if you can’t even get your feet into these pair of boots, you shouldn’t be snowboarding” and told us “good luck” when we expressed our dissatisfaction and wanted to leave. I am so disappointed and left with a sour taste in my mouth. It is one thing to be inattentive and dismal, but another to be outrightly discriminatory to a clueless beginner looking for a pair of boots. Terrible customer service. They don't take returns. I tried to return a set of bindings I purchased an hour ago and got denied. Scumbags. Spend your money elsewhere. Edit: at no point was i told about the policy during the purchase. I paid full price for an item from this season. I try very hard to support local businesses but with unreasonable behavior like this, it makes it really challenging.

The employee was nice and helpful. He hooked me up with free grip tape and a thrasher magazine. It was worth the 3 hours I drove to get there.

My family and I live the Village Board Shop! Super friendly and helpful staff. Love, love their selection of swim wear. Very hard to contain myself to not buy half of the store. It's my got to place for swimwear!
