Came here for an oil change and left with a broke vehicle and an incident report. They did an oil change then suggested a power steering fluid replacement which I did. After driving off the lot my power steering went out. They claimed “we’re just technicians and not mechanics so we don’t know how to fix it” and just filed an incident report. They refused to give me the Regional Manager’s phone number and said “you’ll have to prove it’s our fault then submit a claim with our corporate office”. Basically all the technicians just denied it was their fault, said get in touch with corporate and go to a mechanic.
If you want to leave with a broken vehicle, this is the place to go.

Been using Oil Changers for a few years now and I really appreciate their fast friendly service. They are never condescending and they run everything by you before adding any charges. I do wish there were more discounts available or even a loyalty program. I'd probably get services done more frequently if I knew I could expect discounts or rewards.

I’ve been waiting in line for 90 minutes, with only 3 cars in front of me. The facility is a wreck and no bathrooms. Come here ONLY if you have > 2.5 hours to kill for a “ quick” oil change.

I had to wait longer than usual, but i was not in a hurry. Service people were polite. Oil change went well. They noticed I needed differential fluid. I told them to put 35 PSI in my tires and they only put 32 PSI. Not a big, but something I will need to take care of.

I’m super glad I found Oil Changers before our trip back home from Tahoe. We realized we had left the Bay Area with very old oil in our van, which was giving off a noticeable smell. Thankfully, Oil Changers provided an oil and filter change and even replaced our old air filter at a very reasonable cost in South Lake Tahoe. They really came through for us! The only downside is that it can take up to an hour to start your service due to their high volume of customers. Great place overall, and highly recommended for their reliable service!

Be sure to give yourself more than enough time just in case there's a line. They are very friendly, helpful, and do a good job.

LUKE WAS PHENOMENAL. I hope he reads this. He was extremely helpful and kind to me. We talked about the anime stickers on my car and about the destiny raid that was going on. Thank you Luke for being so amazing.
