Sock City, what a fun place to find those special socks for any occasion. Had to stop in and get me some sock. Had to have the birthday sock because it's coming up very soon. I could be in here for hours looking for the perfect pair. Found some fun ones today.

J’ai payé une paire de chaussettes à double mais impossible de récupérer mon argent car les vendeurs me soutenaient que leur ordinateur avait fait juste. What more do you need in a sock shop then socks. It's a novelty store. Look up high and you can find some deals. The prices vary a little. They have a discount bin that doesn't have much. The Norman Rockwell winter skating screens were a few dollars less and a steal. In the front they offer Lake Tahoe socks 2 varieties. The one I wanted only had one left, a size large. I found another variety with skiers going down a slope.

I had no idea that such a store existed and that there are so many socks. Every shape, size, and occasion. We browsed through a bunch of these purely out of curiosity. The staff was friendly and indulged us in explaining the differences and patiently asking all our questions. All I can say is that is an experience walking into the store. If you are in Tahoe would definitely recommend this place.

I went to the shop today and it was completely dead and the girl (orange/red haired) who was working the shop was absolutely silent. A normal person who works at a shop would welcome/greet you but this girl literally acted like she was tying her shoes for 5 minutes straight. I was literally walking around the store slowly and every time I looked at her she was fussing with her shoe and I tried asking for help she turned the opposite, facing away from me. Never once greeted me or said "let me know if you need anything" ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Didn't even make eye contact. Pretended to be on the computer or on the phone but never once made an effort to make me feel welcomed or felt seen. I saw a few socks that I liked but I decided not to get any because I didn't feel welcomed. As a local, I use to shop here for the holidays and birthdays but because of this girl, you lost respect and a regular. Good luck with that attitude.

The socks in the store used to be allot cooler and better quality and to top it off, the staff was rude! The two girls working there were chatting with eachother the whole time and were cussing! They didn't offer to help us at all when we were struggling to get sock from a top shelf, then when I did ask them to get me something from the front counter they acted like I was bothering them. I asked the lady if they were other sizes, it actually wasn't a lady it was a young girl, and she kind a half and said no we don't have anything else but there was clearly other sizes there. Their talk was loud amongst each other and we can hear them saying bad words ie: F@ck every other sentence. Go to a different sock shop! Also the price was a lot higher than we expected especially for the quality. Try going to the other shop for socks in Tahoe instead.

THIS IS FOR CUSTOMER (NOT) SERVICE...Came here during Spring Break...there were 2 girls working in the store. One that was stocking and one behind the counter. There were a family of 4, 2 women and my family of 3 in the store. We took a few laps around the store looking at everything, looks like they had socks by category. Not once did either sales associates say a word to anyone that walked in the store.... I personally felt ignored and when we did ask if they had a particular design, style, or brand, the girl not once looked up from her phone and replied we don't have that. Well....I found it, about 5 feet from her. It seemed that every time I had a question regarding socks they didn't seem to have it "we don't carry that," but then I would find it. We all are busy, but you're at work, get off your personal electronic and get to know your customers' needs. They walked into your store because they were looking at something to purchase, but your customer service made it a bad experience. Do better, train your employees proper customer service etiquette.
