Went in for a massage and booked it for my husbands birthday. I went in and they did not have me in the system and then found me for another day. I asked my daughter who was with me when I made the appointment and she too heard me say the date I gave them. Happened a while ago however review was in drafts. Still happened and my opinion remains.

I purchased jewelry from this store and it tarnished the day i bought it. It was expensive and i’m embarrassed by the quality… literally tuned my finger green as I walked out of the store. do better

Professional, courteous, and give wonderful massages. We did a couple massage and both ladies did an amazing job. We will be back again!

My mother went in for a 90 minute massage and ended up leaving after one hour. Staff were extremely rude. Poor customer service, horrible massage and overpriced. Do not recommend serenity spa!

Scheduled a last minute deep tissue massage. Haven't had one in too long. I rock climb and trail run often. Steven was incredible. He knows how to focus on trigger points, which is painful but necessary. I was reminded of how important those treatments are. Thanks to Steven I feel like a new person. If you're in the area climbing, running, riding or skiing, I highly recommend Steven. If I lived closer I would repeat.

My wife and I just spent the most enjoyable 50 minutes of silence and relaxation in the last 27 years of our blissful marriage. Thank you very much for the folks at serenity spa for providing us with the unique experience. Thank you.

Booked more than a month ahead for a couples massage. We waited because they were running behind and then we didn’t end up in the same treatment room ( as what couples massage are suppose to) but in separate rooms. I do not feel like I received a “spa” experience. The place is connected to retail store, not spacious nor relaxing waiting area. Felt a bit rushed in and out. No one offered me water before or after the massage. I didn’t even see the therapist after getting dressed as she rushed into her next client. Overall, massage was ok. But the setting does not make me feel relaxed nor serene.

I have truly never had something like this happen before, and it makes me genuinely disheartened and sad that I have to even write this review... I booked several massages for me and girlfriends at Serenity Spa for a girl's weekend. Over a week before the massage appointment, we had to cancel. I called Serenity Spa and they said no problem, and said that they would cancel my reservation. Well, a week later, I get a charge for $870.00 on my credit card. Thinking this was a mistake on their end, I call Serenity Spa and explain that I was wrongfully charged, and they admit to the wrongdoing and say they will reverse the charge. I expected that that would be the end of the story. Well a few weeks go by, and the charge has still not been refunded. I call them back, asking what's up, and they start saying that they'd like to refund me but they need a manager's approval to do so. And they say the manager isn't here right now and I should call back another day. So I call back another day. And another day. And another day. And each time the manager isn't there! Each time, they supposedly leave notes for the manager to contact me, and each time I've left thinking that something's going to be done and it's not. I think it is just morally wrong for a company (one that claims it's a relaxing spa, ironically) to steal, and after months of this, I don't believe Serenity Spa has any intention of refunding me. I'm hoping that they see this review and correct their mistake before I have to take legal action to recoup my losses. Overall, I'm just very sad about all this. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend with my girlfriends has now turned into a massive headache, and I wish I never would have even called Serenity Spa in the first place. I also hope that if you consider giving your business to Serenity, you decide to choose one of the other spa and massage providers in Tahoe. There are many, and unlike Serenity, they probably don't steal from their customers.

Very relaxing! My parents, daughter and I went for facials and massages. A little expensive but well worth it. I got hot stones and CBD oil and I feel amazing. I will definitely come back when I'm in the city.

I stopped in to inquire about a facial. The employees were talking with themselves, I waited paitiently and then interrupted to inquire. I was handed a brochure and that was it. I believe in customer service, giving and getting. My husband even said "Doesn't look like they are interested.". I went elsewhere.

My husband and I received a Swedish couples massage today and it was amazing! The price was great and both of our massage therapists made sure the pressure was good. Will definitely be coming back when we come to visit Lake Tahoe. We were able to stop by yesterday and make a reservation for today. Definitely recommend. The girl at the cash register was also extremely sweet and helpful when we were buying products!
