best place to rent & sharpen skis in Tahoe! Had the seasonal rental for 3 months. Included poles, boots, and skis. Free sharpening and wax included.
Allowed me to swap out my original boots for a tighter fit without any additional charges.
My rental skis took me from ultimate beginner to skiing double blacks.
Can pay via Apple Pay.
Right next to the heavenly shuttle stop. Super convenient. Really nice owners!! Fast service, usually less than 3 min!!
Would 1000% rent from here next season.

Great help from the guys at Willies! They helped us first timers get what we need and point us in the right direction to go to good places they knew of for us and our kids. We’ll come by and see them again in the future!

Great service for our whole family for a week long ski vacation. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff set us all up right. Skill levels ranged from a type III expert with 30 years of experience to a blue square ten year old. They gave us great gear and some solid advice on Tahoe’s best skiing. Big thanks to the whole crew. We will be back!

These guys were amazing! Thay were extremely helpful and pleasant.. we had to change out a pair of skis. They were very helpful with that and get a new pair. They were very helpful with that also.

NOT RECOMENDEDStaff was friendly, but did a bad job of sizing rental equipment. We trusted the employees were experts and rented quality equipment.My wife has wide calves and complained that first ski boot she tried on did not fit well. They tried a different set and the employee said they "would loosen" up after they were on a while.They employees didn't measure any of our foot sizes to determine fit.The next day when using the ski boots, my wife's boots were still uncomfortable and painful. Our ski instructor tried to adjust to boots and pointed out that the velcro on the straps were completely worn out. We ended up renting new boots from the ski resort. The ski resort measured her feet, and found a boot that was comfortable to wear.When returning the boots a the end of the 1 day rental I asked for a refund since the quality was so bad and they refused.There are hundreds of choices in the area, do not use this company.

Guys are super friendly and helpful on providing us with ski and snowboard rental for our recent first time trip to Tahoe.However the equipment doesn't match the standards or quality of their service. The boards and ski aren't good, they are old and dated.At Palisades on day 5 of our 7 day trip my son who had hired a snowboard and bindings notice the front clip of his bindings had come off. Luckily the guys at the Ledge ( thank you guys) came to the rescue and managed to fit a new one, so we could carry on the days boarding.Just be careful what you hire as they really shouldn't be renting this stuff anymore.

Dropped 5 sets of skis off for a tune. Got a call 3 hours later to say they were ready to go. Great service and easy parking

Best Locally owned ski shop in town! The owners and employees are kind, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and efficient. They waxed my skis and remounted my bindings for me. Trustworthy, honest, and 10/10 customer service. My favorite ski shop in Tahoe :)
