I had a wonderful yoga class here and women empowerment meetup. Found out there is ecstatic dance here and cocoa ceremony. This is a one stop place, with many more offerings like vitamin infusion shots, meditation, dance. Really a necessity in a holistic place like Tahoe.

Such amazing vibes! We had a packed class and the instructor had everyone in synchronized breath through a reeeeallly fun Vinyasa flow/ hot class. The employees were all such warm and kind people. Omni is truly a gem in Tahoe.

Great clean and beautiful studio, Kayla’s classes are always amazing, parking is easy, and sometimes you even get to pet some dogs before class! Highly recommend!

I loved the instructor Rupal, and the power yoga sequence. The space was clean, and I noticed, easy to clean with the concrete floors. I’m from WA state and purchased a drop in session, which was very reasonably priced. However, I did not realize I was signing up for hot yoga (my fault for not reading more about the studio). But I have a suggestion to help the out-of-towners: perhaps include the words hot yoga in individual class descriptions along with more details about what to expect in each class, like types of asanas, assumed experience level, and other aspects of yoga that are explored. Just my 2 cents! ??

I just completed my first month at OMNI and… it’s wonderful!The space is beautiful and clean, the instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable, and there are tons of great classes (and class times!) on the schedule. Also, love that OMNI is locally owned.5/5 stars!

Awesome lineup of fun and diverse offerings!!! They even have an ecstatic dance Thursday evenings. Clean bathrooms, spacious for small crowds. Cool lighting and ambiance, just wish the floors weren't cold hard concrete.

You know your yoga teacher is a rock star when she cues, “this part is gonna hurt like a mohtherfuck3r but just get through it for ten seconds!” And that’s exactly what I needed to hear because it made me get through her very energizing class! I absolutely love Ronnie and all of the instructors at Omni! 10/10 recommend!
