My husband and I are in tahoe and wanted to do a private gender revel for our little one on the way— we came to this store, gave them the envelope with the gender, and had her wrap up the blue or pink onesie for us. She was so helpful, kept it a surprise, and the clothes are so cute!Will definitely be coming back here with our daughter!

My wife and I came in with a unique request - we asked if the store could help us with a gender reveal for our new baby by reading the results from our doctor, picking out either a pink/blue onesie, and then wrapping it up for us to be surprised when we opened it. They were gracious enough to take on this request, and executed it perfectly. We were so surprised! The "Baby Bear" onesie was cozy and will be so special when we get to put it to use. Thanks to the wonderful team for the exceptional service and cozy pajamas - we'll be back here someday with our daughter!

Very disappointed! Was looking for some Christmas gifts, I spent over $300 here last year.Well I was looking around and a very RUDE woman told me my mask wasn't acceptable, thats news to me, I was following the government mandate, but because I had a sparkling mask, she told me to leave.I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!SHAMING PEOPLE IS NOT PART OF THE MANDATORY MASK PROCESS!I were this mask everywhere I go, no problem ANYWHERE!Your store needs a real customer service manager, this lady is a dictator and its not her job to tell people what type of mask to wear because she feels its not in compliance.Ruined the whole shopping experience in one of my favorite stores, I won't return. I don't appreciate the judgment and bossy behavior from this rude individual.I'm not the only one, this isn't an isolated situation, she's killing your business!

They have the cutest pajamas! I bought my first pair 4 years ago and went back last month to get more. They were friendly and helpful but the salesperson put the wrong sized pj’s in my bag. Their customer service was impeccable and they took care of the issue immediately! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. It was about a month ago I just couldn’t remember the name of the company.I’m a local and was stopping by to get pizza at base camp. I ducked in while waiting for it to be done and instantly started getting followed around by the manager. She said “what are you here for?” I said, just looking and took another step in and she stood in-front of me and said “don’t touch anything” then walked past me.Then, a moment later she says, “I need you to leave. You obviously didn’t read the sign before walking in.” I was so confused, it said wear a mask which I was already wearing. Then after a pause because I didn’t know how to respond, she says, “your mask isn’t cloth, you need to leave.”I was so confused because it was cloth. I got it online from an Etsy seller who does a black cloth with crystals all over it. I explained this to her and she said, “well how would I have known that?” I said, you’re being very rude I was just here to look around but you obviously don’t need my business.She is an older lady with light hair that is cut short. I will never go back and recommend locals to stay clear.

What an adorable store!! I was so excited when I came across this spot. The store associate was beyond helpful in explaining the sizing and what to expect after washing. Moose are one of my favorite animals, so I was in complete heaven. They're really great at up-selling here. I managed to get a moose onesie AND the matching socks to go with. Only thing I was mad about is that they didn't have my size in the red, white, and blue USA onesie. Otherwise, SCORE for me!!

Such a cool store! They have really cute clothes for kids and they even have adults sizes so you and tour kids can match!!It's a Canadian company too!

Cute place that surprised me with pajamas and great stocking stuffer ideas. Signed up for the newsletter and they gave me a free mug! Cool. The sales associate was friendly and readily shared sale items and was happy to help with sizes and questions.

You can tell upon walking in to this store that they make high quality clothing. They had baby, kids, and adult clothing. Very soft fabric! Their prices are a little out of my normal range- but they had a good selection of off-season sale items. I scored a onesie a pajama set for my daughter at 50% off. Friendly sales associates, vibrant designs and somewhere I will we return to when in town. The sales clerk said it's a family owned Canadian company. I can tell they care about the quality of their product.
