“My favorite gym in South Lake Tahoe. . The owners, coaches and other members are friendly and supportive of each other.I enjoy the workouts and love how everyone cheers each other on. The owner was also super helpful when I had to have last minute surgery for my endometriosis and prorated my membership since I had to take a few months off because of my surgery.The equipment is great and the gym is the cleanest gym in town.The gym also recently did a remodel and upgraded a lot of their equipment.Once I am recovered from my recent ACL surgery I will definitely be going back to south tahoe crossfit.I highly recommend checking out South Tahoe CrossFit.”

“Love this gym!! I have been coming here for over 4 years, the staff is always really friendly! I’ve participated in Anthony Koyas HIT Class, it’s a great way to start the day. I like lifting but I love and appreciate the wrestling mat upstairs I’m on it often stretching, jump roping, hitting box jumps and any exercise that requires me to lay down upstairs. Best times to go are early morning and late afternoon, but if you want to work out mid day it’s a great place to meet some people and a good opportunity to learn from the staff, trainers or even a new friend!”

“If I could give this experience 10 stars I would! I signed up for the 6 week challenge in September. I was ready to step up my training and tighten down my nutrition, but the lack accountability in this area is hardcore. The past 6 weeks has taught me soooo much! From weekly check-ins with Bridget, the nutritionist (she's the BEST freaking life coach/nutritionist, let's just get that out there!) I gained a lifetimes worth of knowledge from the tools she taught me! (From nutrition to recommended vitamins and so much more!)Then there's the gym side! I have never done this style of workouts before, and I'm HOOKED! I feel strong, happy, sculpted, and I'm running on all cylinders for the first time, in a really long time!I highly recommend this gym and the 6 week challenge if you're ready to CHANGE YOUR LIFE! ????”
