My 40 YO (back when s*** was good) Yamaha amp had the output crap out. Frank diagnosed and fixed the broken solder welds on the chassis. Frank rocks.

I needed a remote for a tv we were given. Frank found the correct one ( he had new and used available) pulled it out fit us and we snagged it for $15. Great service!!

We paid $412.92 to have two nest thermostats installed incorrectly by Franks TV and Electronics in October of 2018. We had to pay an HVAC company to reinstall them afterward. The owner was rude and didn't offer one penny back, even though we had to spend the night with our heater blasting at the highest possible setting. I just found the invoice in the drawer, and was reminded that we were ripped off.

I really appreciate Frank's extraordinary service, which is a rarity in this town. He really seems to care about his customers and follows up to make sure things are working properly. It's nice to have a local option to driving all the way to Reno for an iPhone screen repair!

I was in Tahoe on vacation and ruined my iPhone 7 screen. I called Frank and he said I could bring it in right away, he had it fixed same day and was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend his service.

I highly recommend Frank’s because he went above and beyond the call of duty!!! I am considered part of the elderly group so I am part of the population that is totally self quarantined. I called him up not knowing what to do with my TV. He calmly asked me what the problem was and walked me through the steps with a lot of patience and in only about 5 minutes. This was something Vizio, Netflix and Amazon Prime couldn’t do which took hours of frustration and they didn’t fix the problem! Frank, I really appreciate you so much for all you did for me! I can't say enough wonderful things about Frank's TV and especially Andy. Andy had the task of installing a new smart tv and accessories for my 86 year old mom. He was patient and kind. I cannot thank him enough. He, and Frank's, have been a Godsend.
