I was a hot MESS this week going into this location. I was not judged and I was taken care of. The employee that helped me has helped me in the past and always been pleasant. I came in with a postage machine to wrap and mail and as soon as it got on the counter, we found the red ink leaking EVERYWHERE. He took out gloves and plastic, cleaned it up, measured it and charged me for the packaging. I am so grateful for how he treated me despite the wrench I threw his way. Great guy and nice experience.

Noel and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful; the printed materials looked fabulous and there were no errors. We are particularly grateful to them for handling a large, unexpected print order in a short timeframe, and making it easy to do everything over the phone/via email. I wish my local FedEx print center offered such excellent service and results!

Both emo chicks were no help and kept ignoring me like I wasn’t there just saying I’ll help you in a bit then would help the WHiTE customers and never was my turn. Don’t go there they suck as a business and the employees are the worst!

I'll give the store good review for cleanliness, organized ...nobody in the store on a Saturday ,the clerk didn't seem to have anything pressing going on yet would not help with the copy machine. I pulled out 3 different credit cards on 3 different machines and each one said Card unreadable yet I just made a 200$ purchase next door and had lunch at a nearby restaurant with no problems. Very frustrating. Never had a y issues with fedex or customer service before today.

4.13.23 - We asked Noel to help us with printing documents from a personal email address and he showed us the self-service printing kiosk that also allowed us to simultaneously scan the signed documents back to our email address. The whole process took less than 8 minutes to complete from start to finish. In addition to that, Noel was single-handedly helping 3 other customers and engaging our five year old. He made the experience enjoyable and 100% stress free. He exceeded our expectations and easily surpassed any other FedEx store employee customer service experience to date. We were very thankful for the assistance and his kindness to our 5 year old.

Bree (sounds like the cheese, spelled differently!) is my local South Lake Tahoe Fed Ex Angel!!!Bree is professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly -Bree is kind and has a witty sense of humor to which I can relate!On my most recent visits, we are talking several times a day for 3 days straight - Bree was also my hand holding therapist as I was most certainly having a printing, scanning, and emailing tantrum/meltdown with piles of legal forms strewn everywhere.Bree - I cannot thank you enough for your assistance and guidance and calmly getting me through my little disaster - and for also just being incredibly cool!!!

The manager at this location, NOEL, was subbing at a downtown Reno store the week of 6/20/2022. NOEL needs a psychiatric evaluation. He claimed “to own” the store, which is owned not by him, but by Corporate (verified). He exhibited threatening and aggressive behavior towards me, on which the grounds for attempted assault charges are based. I am considering filing such charges against NOEL for my, and the public’s, safety.

Noel, manager at this South Lake location, came down from the Lake to sub at a downtown Reno store the week of 6/20/22. Noel needs a psychiatric evaluation. He claimed "to own" the store. (It is a Corporate owned store) I asked a question about a box and he started yelling at me about how nobody talks to him like that, approaching me menacingly and aggressively. He told me never to come into "his" store again. Travis, the real store manager, comes back after 7/1. BTW, given the current climate of violence, I filed a police report regarding Noel (attempted assault) with Reno PD.
