Had a blast for my first spin class with Mandi. Everyone was extremely supportive and nice. Mandi is fun and was super kind and helpful when making sure my bike was setup properly. Definitely going again.

Had the absolute best time of my life during my Bride Ride in Lake Tahoe! Stephanie made our experience so special from the perfect Taylor Swift Playlist to a beautiful fruit tray and mimosas after class. Highly recommend this for a unique activity to do on a girls trip!

We did a “Bride Ride” for my friend’s bachelorette weekend. Absolute highlight of our weekend. Stephanie and her husband are amazing. Must try!

Great spin facility! Been going for a month and love the atmosphere. Mandi O is such a fun instructor! I have yet to try out classes but from what I hear from others the staff is pretty much awesome!

Had a blast taking a couple classes at Ensync Spin in South Lake Tahoe this week!! Both instructors had their own energy & style & were both amazing!! They provide cycle shoes, towels, weights & of course bring the energy & a great workout! Best of all at the end of class you are provided a cool yummy eucalyptus smelling wash cloth to cool down with... WHAT SO Refreshing! If you are visiting this place is worth logging in & they have a buy two classes & get one free - perfect for a vacation workout deal! Thank you Ensync Spin, I'll for sure be back next vacation!

Trying a new gym always makes me a little nervous. Will it be a clique? Will I be able to keep up? Will I be able to figure out the bike? Eek!As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with a smile, given a tour, and shown how the bikes work. The vibe is amazing, much camaraderie.The instructor was Kristel and she was AWESOME. I'm decently uncoordinated and really appreciated her counting, pointing, and general instructions that she kept up throughout the session. The energy level in the room never dropped, despite how hard everyone was working, that's a sign of a great class!

This place is so great! Jen one of the instructors for the Rhythm class was amazing! She did such a great job, I had so much fun. I have taken classes at Equinox, Soul Cycle and other trendy renouned studios and this is definitely up there. The music was cool, the lighting was perfect! I am looking forward to taking more of their classes.
