It was holiday season when I attempted to shop at CVS. Although the staff was helpful, the shelves were nearly empty. If you are planning a holiday retreat to Tahoe, make sure to bring all your supplies.

I stood there in line, next to the sign where it says "full service checkout starts here", no knowing the other line on the right was the actual line. None of the workers even told me that the line was over there, just let me stood there and to then to find out they don't even have what I wanted. I'll probably never go to this CVS ever again. Sadly Rite Aid closed for good, otherwise I would have went there.

I've pretty much tried all the pharmacies in South Lake Tahoe over the years. For the most part I've been disappointed with the attitudes of the pharmacists. Finally I have found not just one employee but seemingly the whole staff at CVS Bijou are great! No scowls, no indifferent attitudes but genuine care. I highly recommend them!

Every time I need something, the staff, no matter how busy or whatever staffing issues they might have, always responds and goes out of their way to resolve issues I have with my insurance, Dr. office and referrals and gets them resolved so that I can get my prescription on time. The pharmacy staff is caring and helpful and I had to make sure to share this because they really go above and beyond always. I've had trouble at Safeway and Raley's but never here at CVS. Thank you to the staff at the Bijoi pharmacy for always working so hard and being so accommodating!

This CVS location sold me a Covid test kit that had four used test kits inside the box. 3 of them did Weber not even the kind that are sold in that box. When I asked them about it they basically told me I was lying, they cannot take back Covid test kits. So I told them one of your employees must've done it.

Everyone in this store is on drugs. The manager is even mental. We went in to print a document as that is apart of there services. It prints on photo paper and the guy helping us says oh I'm not familiar with that. You have to talk to a manager. Manager comes over and says we only print on photo paper we don't have normal paper then walks away and starts helping people in line. Poor service, poor attitudes.

Awful customer service. We purchased a hugely overpriced snow sled for my daughter because we unfortunately forgot ours. The sled broke almost instantly. We took it back with receipt and they refused to exchange! I understand that people may try to take advantage and return overly used winter items, buy this was not the case. The item was defective... and they would not even talk to me about it.

I was very disappointed as a customer I like to make sure that the atmosphere of the place I go is edible and with respect . I observed that when I pick up my prescription! And the other thing is when I get closer to the counter to pay my medication I heard some gossip words that is not appropriate and I was surprised it's a pharmacist lady not professional!

The customer service at this place us not good. We were at self check out and were having issues with the scanner not recognizing the weight of scanned items that we placed down after scanning. A blonde woman that worked there came over to us after we paid nearly $60 for our few items and abruptly cornered us and asked us if we scanned all items. We told her yes and that we didn't know side to put it on after scanning because both sides looked the same and there was no bags present to be the "bagging area". She was sarcastic to us and said that it was always on the left side. My boyfriend asked her if she wanted to see our receipt to show that we paid for everything. We were uncomfortable by the way she cornered us in front of other shoppers and couldn't just get to the point. She said yes and we showed her and indeed everything we purchased was on the receipt. She glanced quickly and said that we were "good to go". So incredibly rude and unnecessary. Not to mention embarrassing for her to come at us in front of a handful of other shoppers. The manager needs to reconsider what kind of people they are hiring at this place. Maybe they should take training on how to identify people that actually steal instead of cornering shoppers wide eyed like a crazy person.

After 2 years of going to this CVS I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Absolutely appalled by the conduct of Brandy. She is condescending and deserves to lose her job. Based on the emptiness of the establishment I wouldn't put it past her to be laid off. She needs to be the FIRST 1st! to go Lied to me and said her manager was on break. I called CVS and talked to a more trustworthy employee who said the manager's off on Friday's & Saturdays. You're a liar, Brandy. On top of it, the employees here are so scared they can't do their job. A few days ago I tried to checkout a Gatorade, candy bar, and a pack of markers. Man at the register wouldn't stop fretting from his fear that he charged me twice for the Gatorade and never gave me my markers. It's a shame because I actually really like a couple employees there. I wish the best for them in all endeavors. But I won't be a part of the senseless fear that leaves customers without their purchases and I will not be lied to by some over-entitled, stuck up degenerate.

I went to pick up my prescription that my doctor had sent from San Jose because going to be out of medication that day.... (recovering from major surgery) when I got there the pharmacist told me that my doctor could not send a prescription further than 50 miles (she had previously sent them out of state previously) she also indicated that the main reason was that if she gave me my prescription then she would not have enough for her local customers. My thought is that the pharmacist is paid to distribute medication to ALL customers....
