“I love this location but I'm not a big fan of this oil giant and polluter. The bathrooms are clean according to my wife and I daughter. I bought beer for the road trip. Gas prices were average and staff was courteous.”

“I worked all night 11 PM to 7 AM. Had to run and CVS on my way home. This is the second time Suzanne the associate helped me and she’s always so pleasant and kind. I get a little manic when it comes to my coupons. She’s very patient and thorough.”

“I prefer this CVS location (Emerald Bay) compared to the Bijou or Stateline location. Staff is great. Entrance to the parking lot is shared with McDonald's, it looks nonexistent if you're not local. (Parking is easier here, actually)

“I was visiting SLT from the Bay area and had not brought enough medication for my dog. The pharmacist or technician (not sure which) was so helpful. I was worried because my senior dog is in hospice care and cries if not on her gabapentin. I called them and they said "No problem". My veterinarian technician than called CVS and I was able to get a one week supply of medications for Shady. Thanks again to whoever helped me as dealing with prescription situations while traveling can be tough.”

“This gas station was a godsend the other night when we got stuck due to the closed roads. We ended up having to spend the night in our car. The gas station attendant was kind to let us stay there even though we were in the way and ended up having to move so they could plow the area. She was very patient and told us where we could park while they plowed. We were so lucky to have found them and the fact that they were open at midnight when we arrived was so convenient. There were many others like us in that situation and this Chevron accommodated all of us, including some large trucks.
Spending the night in a car in the snow is no fun but feeling safe, having access to a bathroom and snacks made it so much better. We bought some chains in the morning before heading out, even though we have AWD but I’m so glad we did. The roads were treacherous! We will forever be in debt to this gas station and the fine people working the night of 2/17. I wish I had caught the lady’s name, she had short gray hair and glasses. She was very kind and understanding. I realize that some tourists really grate on the locals here and I hope that we didn’t impose.”

“I believe management has changed and I have to say that the level of customer service has been much better. Employees are much more polite and friendly The store is much cleaner now with the shelves actually stocked. Minus a few minor glitches the store on pioneer is a much more pleasant experience than before this crew should be acknowledged for getting the pioneer store running more efficiently and more friendly than this time last year.”
“I went to CVS to get a hard water treatment packet but couldn't find it until one of the employees came to help me. It was over by the hair color and was not with the shampoos or conditioners”

“Suk and Nena are the best girls ever. They work so hard and try to maintain the store as much as they can, knowing how employment is around here. These ladies were so kind to their costumers trying to restock as the fires kick their business in the the dirt. I know it can be tough owning a business, people need to be more understanding of the situations owners come across and they displayed everything to me through their thoughts and comments. They are kind enough to give me stuff for free. I love going to this 7/11, truly the best visits I experience.”
“Tahoe Toms is a one stop a little of everything convenience store and gas station. Snacks, variety of NA and alcohol drinks, toiletries, auto oil, souvenirs, smokes, coffee, etc etc. A little gem with all the things! Across the street from the Marriott Grand Residence the location is great!”

“The gas station at Safeway in South Lake Tahoe is clean and has easy access with a Safeway FastShop attached to the gas station for something you need quickly.
The gas pumps in the gas station are all functioning good, and the store attached has most of the snacks and drinks.”
