Usually extra mile restrooms are clean, this one is filthy and the store part stunk like burning plastic. GROSS

This place price gouges. I bought an item and the cashier decided it was worth double that the next day I went in. I know for a fact what this gas station is doing is illegal and very untruthful and I hope people look at this and turn away gas and the convince store. Seem like a place doesn't price things on purpose to price gouge down the road.I'll be be contacting cooperate and whoever I need to.Very wrong in practices.

Used my Credit Card and had a fraud alert several hours later, this was the only place I used it while in a trip and it was for sure them!!! Do not trust your card at this location, other reviews report Sam issue!!!

Horrible customer service. Was there @ 4:50 pm on 7-11 this guy is useless won’t return bc of the horrible customer service. Take down your advertising deal signs if you’re not honoring the deals posted. I’m a local and will inform others I know to refuse to give this place business.

It's pretty hard to mess up a gas station experience in my opinion, because on the regular, I have pretty few expectations and requirements. While the gas here was about $0.60 per gallon higher than any other nearby station, I needed to stop for gas because it was THAT critical (my bad for poor planning). Nonetheless that was only the first mail in the coffin. My mother went inside to use the restroom and was not acknowledged by anyone at the counter, the attendant was just sitting behind the counter chatting on the phone. When she entered the bathroom she checked and there was no toilet paper, not to mention the bathroom was disheveled and fecal stained and products strewn about in it. Feces on the top of the toilet, walls, etc. It was unreal. Yet... my mother was still willing to use it if there was toilet paper... so she went to ask the attendant. In the mean time, requiring even less, I used the restroom and made sure not to touch anything. Upon asking the attendant, his first response was "do you want to BUY toilet paper?" To which my mother was appalled, and corrected his response advising there was none in the bathroom. He then waived her off and said "there's some in the cabinets in the bathroom." The cabinets are 7 feet off the ground....... SEVEN feet. A 5 foot, 74 year old woman could not reach that, heck, as a 6'1" man, I couldn't even reach the top shelf where it was, nor would I have the key to open the box to secure this big roll. It was ridiculous to say the least. We left and used the public restroom at the park, where it was clean and there weren't any rude and unhelpful attendants. Definitely would not return here unless something major changes. Looking at the previous review now, the bathroom and TP was still a problem 2 years ago. So I don't expect change anytime soon. Poor form chevron...

Used my credit card here and had a fraud purchase on my card within an hour after leaving for almost exactly the same amount of my purchase. Can't prove they're skimming credit cards but I used to work in this field and it sure seems like this place is not trustworthy.

Guy working behind the counter had his buddies with him and none of them were wearing masks then mocked me me for wearing one. "Have fun living in fear." Unacceptable behavior!
