No service, no bathroom, and totally overpriced. Have been visiting Tahoe for over 10 years, and this is the most unfriendly store I've ever been. Would never come back.

Partly my fault partly cashiers fault but bought 2 lotto tickets and walked out without them cuz had to move my car cuz pump I was at was out of service today 7/25 around 345pm I bought a fountain drink peanut butter mms and $12 in gas white Mazda cx7 I was wearing grey shorts with a grey and white polo shirt with a black and grey trucker hat on that said pacific grove

Gas prices comparable to Bay Area/Sacramento vs the usual overpriced mountain gas. Air machine worked. Multiple indoor bathrooms.

Notoriously over priced. They are the last station before you head over the pass. Local people do not use this gas station going West.

Police made us turn around to get chains and as soon as we paid 200 for china's they lifted the requirements. We weren't even out of the parking lot and they wouldn't return them. I get if they were opened and we left the property but come on. Horrible Customer service. The manager was a witch. Do not go there to get gas or chains. As a local there are many other options!

the ladies running this place are nothing but disrespectful, unprofessional, and plain rude. my dad pulled up to the pump and we didn't see that it didn't work and he went in to pay, they talked smack about him saying he probably couldn't read the sign that said out of service bc he had an accent not knowing i was his daughter. don't waste your time here ! if i could give zero stars i would! disgusting.

This Chevron is of my favorite stop when I go in to town I can grab a cup of hot coffee and a donut (when available) the bathroom here is amazingly clean. Their employee Aurora has great customer services skills and just make my weekly trip just pure enjoyably and is a killer sales person she introduced me to the new line of Papa Sal's jerky that is being sold there and it is the super delicious they now have sleds for sale (which would have helped a few weeks back in the snowmageddon) but they don't have snow park passes this close to the slops that baffles me, Their other employee Jody she to has amazing customer service is always greeting customers with a smile and has a willingness to help or make suggestions. Unfortunately not all is well in this store as I said before I come to this store weekly and in doing that I get to know who workers are and their NOT!!!! So nice employee Sarah she is the polar opposite of the two I mentioned above she is very cold and rigid as no customer service skills its like she jist there to punch a time clock and leave very little to none (hi, welcome, thanks,) I don't know who at Chevron HQ or the owners of the store need to pull her aside and retrain or transfer her to a Chevron station that better fits her style. although its not much of an option I usually try avoiding going in when she works
