Management is season and have no care or concept of hospitality or customer service. They simply don't care about service. You can price that they are wrong on a reservations and they simply just don't care

Good place to rent skis and snowshoes in winter and bikes in summer. They have sleds and trailers for younger kids so everyone can have fun! Prices are reasonable. Equipment isn’t new but in good condition. Don’t forget to ask for free hot chocolate after your ski trip ?
