“Trudi is accurate, very thorough and more than fair in addition to being quite friendly and pleasant to deal with. We will be returning to her for our tax preparation next year. Note that the negative review, in my opinion, is entirely inaccurate and unfair and was appropriately "hidden" by Yelp as rather hateful trolling.”
