While trying to shop the guy with the ponytail was very rude and called us tourists (even though we live here) , provided little help with the location of shoes and gloves. Initially he had said it was going to be a 45 min wait and that we should wait in the car to a now 5 min wait and to only allow the people that are going to buy something in.
