I love Coach Dylan and only go to this gym for coach Dylan ABC classes.Coach Dylan is my favorite coach he is very knowledgeable, supportive of everyone goals, and has a great heart.He truly cares about his clients.And has helped me out a lot over the years though multiple inquiries and helped out with how to modify my workouts after having to have endometriosis surgery.I love everyone in the ABC class because everyone is supportive each other.Everyone in class also helps do their part and clean all of the equipment/ put everything away after class.Dylan also coaches the Kid Ninja Class.The new owners of the gym have worked very hard to upgrade the gym and created a supportive community inside the gym.If you are new to fitness and don't know where to start I recommend trying coach dylans class or one of the other classes depending on your fitness goals.I highly recommend going to this gym for the friendly staff and all of the great coaches, and the community inside of the gym.After I recover from my ACL reconstruction surgery I will definitely be returning to this gym and going to coach Dylan classes and other classes.

Tiffany was a great help. I have a lot of gym memberships because I travel. She got me right in. There are a lot of racket ball size rooms with themed equipment and the sauna was always hot.

This is a wonderful gym. They have lots of equipment, weight machines, and cardio machines. They have a climbing wall and many rooms full of equipment. The best part of this gym are their classes. Spin classes, boot camp classes, yoga, ab classes, etc. all day long. The instructors are some of the best I've encountered. I've been going to this gym for the past 35 years and think it's the best it's ever been.

This business is not ethical! They will continue to charge regardless of how many times you’ve canceled. They won’t make an effort to call you back. They make weird excuses for why they do it like “it was the last owners fault”. The owner, Ali Shirra, told me she would have me refunded, then did not tell her staff anything about refunds and has not contacted me STILL.Absolutely do not recommend. It’ll be another failed gym soon I’m sure.Expect a civil suit.

My main gym in slt. Great all around. Equipment is comprehensive and well taken care of, vibe is good. Lots of renovations planned, so will be curious to see how that all comes together.

They make their money by continuing to charge canceled memberships. Thus the reason they have no phone number. Stop stealing from customers. Give back what you stole.EDIT: a month has passed and still no refund. Businesses without ethics will ALWAYS fail.
