Sadly, on 3 different occasions this summer the staff was really rude, particularly Julie. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have purchased a lot of shrubs, grasses, and flowers over the past month. I also purchased from Tahoe Outdoor Living and the ones from Aspen Hollow just aren't doing very well. Beautiful spot, but rude staff + lower quality means I won't be giving them business anymore.

Very rude owner and manager. I witnessed the owner castigating an employee loudly and rudely in front of customers last year. The manager is rude with fellow employees and customers. The prices are too high for the quality and service.

A really beautiful nursery with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shopping there is like strolling through a garden in the forest. A real gem!

Last year we had to landscape our front yard to fulfill our BMP and TRPA requirements on our second home in Southlake Tahoe. We went to Aspen Hollow at the end of the season sale and scored big time. The gals there were so friendly and helpful. I had no idea what plants to buy and what would grow in that climate. Everything looks fantastic one year later! The ladies there walked around the whole place with me helping me pick out plants that Not only look great but are hearty and looked even better the second year. I will be back again and again thank you for all your help Aspen Hollow! Our house is the cutest on the street!

Came in to get some flowers for our newly remodeled backyard and had a great experience. Tons of variety and fair prices. Sandy in particular was extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction and answered all of our questions.
