He sold me a broken set. The dryer is a fire hazard! He answered my call once after I got them. Now he screens my calls. It has been 3 month. He legitimately stole my money. This man is a thief.

He's always been able to get me a part for a washer or dryer or any Appliance if he doesn't have it on hand to order it for me

Ok the Owner never answers his phone. And his answering machine is always full. I personally went to his shop, he was there, but next door. I asked him about a used washer, he didn't give me a price but added he gives a 90 day guarantee. He deliverers and sets up. The washer he showed me was full of rust and deep frozen water. ??? I did not return. You may. But I'll take my chances with stranger.

I have worked with the owner of this company on multiple occasions. Everytime he has surpassed my expectations and has done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with any type of appliance issues.

I bought a stackable washer/dryer from Gary a couple months for our new place in town after purusing sites like craigslist and offerup. Gary was able to come out to the new place to deliver and install the new units for a great price and even threw in a warranty for peace of mind. I don't have a bad thing to say... he was very prompt and very professional. I would recommend Gary and his crew for anyone looking for a good deal on appliances in the South Lake Tahoe region.

As a renter with spotty landlords, I have relied on this service for many years. Gary is a great guy, a one man show, and I am always amazed by his knowledge. He can always find that obscure small part that will make the old stove magically work again! His prices are very reasonable and he can usually find you something in a short amount of time when you need a replacement... Great LOCAL business...!

Called over 6 times and said they would call. This was over a two week time. This was to pick up a working washing machine and also to buy one.
NO RESPONCE!!! I sure don't recommend them.
