I called ahead about whether they had a specific adapter, and they were very helpful. I was asking for the wrong thing, but they asked what I was trying to do and they made sure I got the right cable.

I was experiencing internet connectivity issues with my computer and was in dire needs to submit some school assignments. I came in frantic and unannounced and they fixed it within a few minutes and literally saved me. I tried to pay them $20 but they kindly declined and said it wasn't necessary. What a spot!!
