Went in for a Monster drink, and the signage said 3 for $6.50. I took 3 to the counter, and he rang up $7.23 and I said no tax on Monster (I know because I buy them every day) He pretended he didn't speak English and kept pointing to the amount and I said "No". No tax. He kept insisting, and said he couldn't change. I said "No". He called someone else up and they spoke in Arabic (?) and he also said - $7.23. I think they are used to ripping off tourists who don't know better, and maybe feel like 73 cents is no big deal. But ripping people off IS a big deal. And acting as though you don't speak English in order to rip people off is not cool either. I walked away and went to Safeway up the road. Don't go here.

These guys are actively trying to be the worst 711 in the region. They put food in the hot case at 8am and leave it until 11 pm. They always have pizza in the hot case but none on the shelf. They leave the coffee for several days, or just don't make it at all. One time they didn't clean the tongs for the roller grill for 3 months until I told them it had been dirty that long. I have come to know these guys from being stupid enough to keep shopping here, and as much as I like them because they're always nice, THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!

All of the 7 Eleven stores in Tahoe are bad, but this one feels like it goes out of its way to be the very worst one. Constantly out of even the most basic products, expired food on the shelves half of the time, and hands down the worst workers I've ever encountered. Might as well just shut this location down, because an empty field would serve people better than this store.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood behind this 7-11 for 5+ years now. They’ve had dozens of employees in that time, each one more incompetent that their predecessors. None of them can speak English or even attempt to. They will ALWAYS have their earbuds in and constantly are having a conversation to somebody else in a foreign language, have ear buds in. They take OFFENSE to any question or comment that you make. They have no clue how to operate the California lottery, and have been downright rude to the consumer on multiple occasions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Be careful that they don't double charge your EBT card OR charge you and say that it didn't go through. They just tried to scam my fiance by doing exactly this. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as should any of you whose going through this as well.

Extremely rude and incompetent new cashier. This incident occurred yesterday, 3/8/23 around 2-3pm. Check your cameras and see how your cashier doesn’t understand how to ring out basic, highly advertised deals, so he proceeds to argue with me about a deal clearly posted on the door and window, proceeds to stare at my ID for 2 minutes, and then charges me full price instead, just to add insult to injury. With that attitude, he’s going to get knocked tf out by someone less patient than myself.You’re losing business with your current cashier. I won’t be returning to that location.

The workers are distracted and disinterested in providing customer service. Usually on the phone, speaking something other than English. Just rude.
