Love this hardware store they many items for home repairs nd lumber as well, the staff and the lady are all ready to help always nice nd clean n have decent prices to, it is so cool to have a family owned shop in my community.

[review on behalf of my disabled elderly aunt] It's unfortunate that this small business comes with the WORST customer service. The man behind the counter was extremely condescending to me and was even confrontational when the customer behind me was trying to deescalate the situation. He went as far as to insult us both in the parking lot looking to escalate the problem into a physical attack. I went in looking for a simple tool and left feeling insulted, traumatized, and disappointed. Upon following up with the manager she was quick to justify the man's actions and blame the situation on me. The community deserves better!!!

Short hispanic lady always negative telling her problems to the whole world . I lost my receipt to exchange a small purchase but was denied as you can see in the picture below. I don't see a big deal but is all good . Bad vibes Bad experience never coming back

I ALWAYS SHOPPED AT THIS LOCAL HARDAWARE STORE WHENEVER I NEEDED SOMETHING BUT I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AT THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T RESPECT MY HANDICAP RIGHTS OF PARKING WITHOUT TIME LIMITS AND HAVE ALL THE RIGHT TO PARK AT PRIVILIGED MERCHANT SPACES AS WELL. THE ONLY REASON I PARKED THERE WAS BECAUSE THEIR WASN'T STREET PARKING ON TWEEDY BLVD OR BY THE PUBLIC PARKING AREA BY THE ALLEY AND FOUND IT EASY TO PARK AT ONE OF THEIR MANY EMPTY SPACES FAR AWAY FROM DISTURBING THEIR BUSINESS AND THE PERSON THEIR TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING THERE AT THAT MOMENT THAT MY CAR WOULD BE TOWED AND IF I WAS MORE THAN 2 HOURS PARKED THERE AS WELL IT WILL GET TOWED AND SUPPOSEDLY TOW TRUCK RANDOMELY PASSES BY THERE AND PICKS UP CARS WITHOUT THEM CALLING THEM. BE CAREFUL PARKING HERE FOR ANY REASON EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!Could not refund me $6 dollars because package was open and used, after helping and supposedly gave me the right size I needed. WRONG!!!!!Couldn't man up to there mistake. Lady that owns that store and they assistants so rude felt attack. Never everRather drive the distance to get well treated

My handyman suggested finding a specific door hinge here. Good thing, I found it. i also needed a lightbulb for an outdoor lamp and specifically asked if I could return it. he said yes. Home Depot probably sells the same bulb but I bought it at Ziegler's instead. I tried it on my outdoor lamp. it wasn't the bulb; it was the lamp. And so I went to return the bulb; yet they wouldn't give me a refund because it was opened. Idiots. When I bought it, I was told that I could return the bulb. I explained that how was someone to know if the product works or not?! I'll never shop here again.

This hardware store has high quality products that I need for my company and also the cute lady that makes the keys does such a good job in the store she is one of the reasons I come back for quality service and products and the cute lady knows hope to make the keys for my company trucks . I highly recommend this store to everyone .

Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and belittle customers. My parents went there and told me their experience, I was in disbelief, I went to see for myself, only to experience the same treatment, i walked out and took my business elsewhere. I highly recommend you go any where but here for your home repair needs.
