The employees are rude and unprofessional
One of the workers he has tattoos and wears glasses like to flirt and make rude comments of other Customer. Another worker chubby older lady she gives you attitude.

The service is useless, they mistreat you, they chase you away. I had to talk to the police because they didn't want to serve me. They refused to serve me, a fat Chinese man, I understand that I didn't have an appointment for my son's passport, but this man did the worst, but here I have the voucher and the receipt. It was like Raza Samana, fat Chinese hair. He felt very powerful. People who didn't have a date passed by. One person covered each other's names. No one wanted to give their name, but I have a photo of that person speaking very rudely.

(The passport service) and I quote the worker "you need to come at 6am, we open at 9am, and we take the first 5 people." The on-line information is wrong. And other people say it's the same everywhere. There is no walkins after those 5 people are assisted.

They stole the contents of my package. I mailed the items from myself to myself when o got here and only part of the package was there. The clothes are missing.Thank you for spoiling my visit to my family here.Whoever stole it, I hope something happens to you, because you deserve it.

I’m upset I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was African American, the only other lady was perhaps Asian, I apologize if otherwise but dam it she was so rude!!!!! Idk if she doesn’t like Mexicans, majority of us going to this post office will most likely be Latino, but it’s not the first time this lady of color has been rude to only Latinos like myself, is she having a bad day everyday? Or what is it because I have given her many chances. & every time she’s just so rude. She shouldn’t be working here in an environment where she will get asked multiple questions & assumes we all know the answers.

If I could give zero stars I would. To begin with, I witnessed a form of disrespect & micro-aggression by the clerk. An older Hispanic man was called up to the counter by the African American clerk. As he pulls out a paper & begins to ask his question (to the best of his ability because it was clear his first language was Spanish) the clerk cut him off mid sentence & stated “go over there, to that guy, over there, in the black shirt, go”.The customer was visibly nervous & anxious as she rudely interrupted him & dismissed him to another employee.USPS needs to do better at screening their employees because this behavior is uncalled for by any service professional.In addition, don’t try calling their number as they will not answer it.
