The new staff and lady at the front are extremely rude and dishonest liars. Two of my checks and mail from my bank mysteriously disappear after getting confirmation of their deliveries here. They will be reported for this immediately.

The post office itself is fine. What I don't like is that they close before 12 for lunch. They're not in accordance to hours posted. Very inconvenient for people on a schedule.

This place is Horrible. I went there today to return a package to sender my address is in Los Angeles the Supervisor that was trainning a clerk told me I couldn't send package back because it had an l.a. address on package. I had to take package to post office in L.A. That was so ridiculous I just laughed and left. I will not recommend or trust these people with my mail.

So tell me why their dam time frame says they come back from lunch at 12:30 I waited in my car for comes 12:30 I go up to the door and it says they come back at 1pm why can't they just fix there dam time frame on maps !

Service looks fine and sometime too many people on the line and had to leave for that day. Recently I tried to get there before lunch time (noon), but they were already closed around 11:55 A.M. I would appreciate if they could run on time.

Bought my PO Box here. The cheapest PO Box I found in LA. The clerk was very friendly. There isn't much parking but I didn't have any trouble finding any.

People at this particular location are mean (usually) especially jessica, she is always texting bad attitude.... don't like it, try not to go there a lot.

I don't know what all these people did to the previous worker NAMED Avis but she was nice and polite to me all the time considering I have a PO box here I pick up mail from every 2-3 months so when I come my box is super packed. This is a small and older location and the PO Boxs show when I got my box about 4 years ago it took a while to get the combo reset because as I was told by several of the worker over time the Company doesn't care about them they've actually been trying to shut down this location but since alot of people have boxes and mail does come in and out they can't so sending a someone to reset the boxes isn't a priority unfortunately. The people that are mad because they get an hour lunch? Wow there's only one person here on any given day and always the same lady unless she takes vacation or out sick and you begrudge them their lunch, there's something wrong with you not the them. Go to a bigger office with more employees if this bothers you.

I've been coming to this post office since i was in diapers. I remember always getting greeted by Mavis. She was really nice. I came because I had to do a few things. The lady was beyond rude. I as I was telling her what I needed she already had a nasty attitude. I know it's hard to hear with a mask on. You don't have to be rude. Maybe if your music wasn't so loud you could hear me better. In the middle of me repeating my self she yells Hi to a customer.I think the best part was her being on the phone with the speaker full blast.

Wouldn't you agree that our job as a resident is NOT to distribute mail to our neighbors? Is that not why a mail carrier is hired and trained to do. For months now we have been receiving mail that does not belong to us on almost a daily basis also we have been maki late payments due to not receiving certain bills in the mail. Below is a picture of some of them mail we got today you tell me if this is an easy mix up or someone just not paying attention to there job.
