“He was very generous and super accommodative yet never pushy, he was literally the best car dealer ever in my 16 years of driving. He washed the car himself to make it more presentable before we got there for a test drive, brought us snacks while we were waiting, accommodated most of our little requests such as putting back the emblem that previous owner removed, offered us souvenirs with Mini logo, and decorated my car with giant ribbon for picture taking at the end of the day. Talk about customer service! It really couldn't get any better. On the top of that, dealership itself was super neat and cute and not so intimidating (Sometimes I get that feeling from other dealerships).”
