Horrible employeers that over work their employees without a lunch break …. Also very rude managers who seem to only comply with what’s benefiting to their business not the costumers nor their own employees ( been a witness to this multiple times)…. I worked at the poepeyes across for over 3 years and seen a repeated failed work environment that the managers of the SHELL gas company provide to even their own employees…. Asked for HR number , never got it asked to report a claim and was told to wait… still have received no response and the mistreatment still continues.

This gas station usually has a 10cent lower price on the sings out towards the street, you can even see it from the freeway but when you arrive at the pump itself, it has the actual price! That is 10cents per gallon higher then the sign I was referring to up front. Oh and if you do happen to buy something from inside the store, expect to be charged for a plastic bag, yup another 10 cents per bag! And they won't ask if you'd like to buy one or if you needed one. All the cashier does, is bag your things up and let's you go on your way like if they where free. It's happened to me before and I finally said something about it and The cashier at the time said ( he can do whatever he wanted ) after I spoke my mind about it, he then said (it was a joke). I definitely don't he belongs in that store and I don't recommend it either.

Worst and most expensive station!!! Pumps won't work correctly and people inside takes forever to hep you out!!!! Won't recommend to anyone!!

Juan the cashier at the food mart for this shell gas station refused to let my fiancé who walked over 2 blocks to just try and get to a restroom. He said the lock wasn't working and when she said she didn't mind it , he still refused. What kind of customer service are you guys offering when you refuse people like this .. this was on august 1st 2021 in case a manager gets to see this review and maybe reprimand this idiot for poor customer service

Your employee Paul was rude and was not giving me the attention a customer should get. Instead he was on his phone. If he is at work WHY is he on his phone.Also, he made a comment because I guess took forever I him in claiming the rewards and after it rang up he laughed at me and said “ALL Of THAT, for $.30 Cent. He doesn’t know my financial situation and every PENNY counts for me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. Horrible customer service! HORRIBLE!!!!

I asked for the air to be turned on and he shows me a sign that says out of order then while I wait an hour for roadside service someone comes and puts money in and it work so just cuz I asked to be turned on they said it's out of order 3 in the afternoon on April 16 2020

I walked into this gas station to buy an alcohol beverage on 04/12/2020 at 5:35pm when I approached the gentlemen cashier who disrespectfully snatched the beverage out of my hands but he also refused to asked for my Identification Card even after I reminded him it would like to see my ID! The gentleman answer with the amount due and I kindly paused and asked again that if he wanted to see my Identification? This gentleman refused to obey company policy and broke the law! I am dumbfounded by this gentleman's actions and I think SHELL should take serious actions on this employees negligence, and the city of Paramount should conduct a thorough investigation on this facility to make sure they are not selling Alcohol to minors! Never been so upset before! Hopefully someone handles this employee with adequate measures to protect our community.

You know I've been coming here for the past 3 +years and never have I had a problem with any employee . Until today. I was gonna buy what I thought was watermelon candy ended up being mango. And told the cashier that I didn't want them and he gave me an attitude like u can't imagine .I was shocked . I asked him what's the problem and he kept with the attitude all sarcastically saying here!! Here's your 9 dollars in change and when I asked for a bag he charged me for it even though he never has charged me ever . And I do come here often. I gave him the 10 cents. And he thru the bag on the counter. Didn't even bag it for me . He was working today March 15/2020 at 4:04 . Hopefully he realizes that there was no need to give attitude when all I said was I'm not gonna buy these Candies. Ridiculous.

I bought 2 bang energy drinks. Advertising was 2 for 2.99 , when I saw my receipt they charged me 2.72 plus tax for each one. I asked teresa the cashier to check the price and she answered very rude that that was the price. My question is why do they advertise a different price?. How many more people have they fool. Please ask for your receipt at all times and check it.
