The clerks/owner are rude. I was ready to purchase everything that fits because I have a last minute trip and I don't have time to go to the mall. I'm choosing my clothes and I guess the dress was dragging a little sometimes when I would look at other racks, as I'm looking around shopping. I wasn't dragging all of it on the floor, why would I drag clothes I'm about to buy. And instead of them coming up to me and asking me if I need help or "let me hold this for you while u shop" INSTEAD yell at me from the other side of the store to not drag the clothes. I swear it wasn't even that serious for them to give me sass. I just left everything. F that. Thanku for showing me your rudeness so I don't go no more and spend my money. I don't recommend this place. There's more boutiques in SG. Go somewhere else to have a better experience. I hope this helps.

Don't waste your money here. Bought this shirt last week at a reasonable price went home and tried it on and guess what. It didn't fit like what could happen with any other shirt I wasn't even able to clip it from the bottom tags and everything attached. I go back to the store today minding that no one told me it was final sale and I pick out a bigger size I go to the register to find out that it's final sale and not only that. Rude Chinese lady who I'm guessing is the owner tells me no I cannot exchange it. I guess that's what I get for going to cheap stores. It wasn't even that expensive it's just the customer service. No wonder the times I've gone it's always empty. I went next door to the fashion center and bought the exact same shirt at $10 which is cheaper and can exchange it if anything goes wrong. Don't waste your money here! Attached you guys can see my receipt no where does it say body suits are final sale and the shirt has all the tags.

I used to love coming to the store because the clerks were really friendly and helpful. The new store clerk/owner does not let you try anything on anymore. I don't know how she expects to make sales with her strict policies. I will not be shopping at this business anymore because I am never treated well when I come now. Although I love their clothes and style I will not think about coming back anytime soon.

I am here with my wife to find a dress ended up receiving bad service instead I’m not sure who she was either the owner of the employee but she rushed us through the whole process As if she had something to do after us when there was no one in the store and it was nowhere near closing time she said we shouldn’t try on too many things on to my wife it’s a clothing store keyword (clothing). Since Had such a bad attitude we just decided To leave. Ended up at forever 21 on Atlantic can firestone oh my wife found something there I would not recommend this place we tried going the let’s help small businesses route Only for it to be a really bitter experience would not recommend this place

Hello everyone just wanting to let everyone know that I went to this store today wanting to get a nice dress and the owner I believe she is, told me I couldn’t try on a dress because she thought I would break the elastic due to my size. Now I am a curvy woman however I can tell when things will fit me or not and it would have definitely fit me, when I asked her if I could buy it and return it if it didn’t fit, she said what’s the point. I was discriminated against and will never EVER shop here again with this disgusting lady. Shaming others body’s is disgusting, the owner is a vile woman, no wonder her store isn’t doing that good.

So my daughter went in to this place today and she was told by a the lady there that she couldn't try on the dress because it wouldn't fit her. Instead of showing her maybe something else or saying it another way. My daughter is only 16 years old and her grandmother said she knows what fits her and what DOESNT and if she damages the dress than she would pay for it. Store clerk or owner I'm not sure said no that my daughter would rip the elastic and then what was the point. My mother left with my daughter and we're very offended. My daughter is at an age where she feels insecure as teenagers are at this age and for someone to be so mean and hurtful towards my child who is Building her self esteem. So sad how they lack customer service and tearing young girls with horrible comments. My child is sad and hurt she was crying because of this.

The owners pay $9 the hour. No wonder they're always hiring, females quit cause of such a low pay and don't give them brakes .
