They make you line up at the register to make a payment on a credit card. Even though their customer service corner only deals with returns. When you asked them why they just tell you to make the payment by phone or website. Worst ffing customer service I ever seen. Highly considering getting a costco membership.

New member - waited ridiculously a long time to buy a “hot dog combo” already regretting why I bought this membership!!! NO comparison to COST!? TO MAKE IT WORSE (1) CASHIER SLOWER THAN A TURTLE (with all due respect)…. Common sense SAMS Club if you’re going to have one cashier at least put your FASTEST one!! Wow! Buy the time I got my food, I had NO APPETITE. Side note: I am diabetic and running low sugar - wow!! Last thought…. So yall know I ONLY WENT IN TO BUY (3) cases of water my first purchase.. regretfully, maybe Walmart would have been a better choice. YOUR FOOD WAS NOT VERY TASTING ( just to be politically a Little more polite)
So obviously I will be doing the very bare minimal shopping to get my membership fees worth it. Definitely NOT renewing my membership next year!
Y'all know where I am going back too!

I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT THE SAMS CLUB TREATED ME WELL, THANK YOU TO GOD, I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT I HAD THE SAMS CLUB'S MEMBERSHIP HIDDEN BUT I WAS WON'T HAVE IT HIDDEN BUT SOME BEAUTIFUL WOMEN HELPED ME AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT SEE THE CARD OR THE MUEVESIA WAS NOT WORKING. THEY HELPED ME A LOT AND IF THEY WANT TO GO TO SAMS CLUB VALLLA THE SAMS CLUB COMPANY CAN HELP THEM A LOT AND IF THEY WANT THINGS FOR PARTY OR ENVY THEM OR THEIR WEDDINGS OR THEY HAVE A VISIT WITH OTHER PERSONNEL MORE ETTT... IT HELP THEM.

It's alright. Prices aren't better or worse compared to costco. They do have smaller portions of food, so if it's just you or a small family, it's alright. There are usually random beggars in the parking lot, so be mindful of that

Il f you're not particular about brands and love to save...this is your place.
Its JUST LIKE COSTCO..just cheaper.
The quality of the meat is great and their brand which is "Maker's Mark"is worthy!!
I have a family of 6 and sometimes..and Sam's pulls through and allows us to treat ourselves without digging too deep in our pockets !

To the people packaging the meat/ poultry, you guys are really something else putting stuff like this faced down so the customers don’t see. Along with making sure the printing on the packaging hides the big pieces of fat and bruised chicken you all throw in there. Bought 6lbs of chicken, ended up with like 4 lbs after discarding everything that should’ve been discarded by them.

Someone needs to evaluate this club. It's ruining people's scams club experience. It's management hiring careless people cause the don't care. Corporate needs to let the managers of this club go. I was stolen from here today, not only is customer service terrible. But there is a manager there allowing these things daily. Soliciting in the parking lot is not a typical Sam's club environment.

Friday june 14 came to sams club in South Gate for a car Battery .Denise came to me promptly.was very friendly courteous and professional. She was prompt to answer my question and had me out with a new car battery in less then half an hour thank you Denise for your professionalism.

Really good place to buy a lot of things membership is fairly priced have a lot of free stuff and good food court items and bakery choices (OFF TOPIC also has pretty cool self driving cleaning machine) (picture below)
