Answer your phones!! Literally called every dept and no one answers! Idk why I keep giving this place a chance. Last and final time! This is the absolute worse Sams club!

Curbside pickup is the worse here, my pick up was 10-11. It's 11:30 and apparently my order isn't close to being ready. This is the 2nd time my order hasn't been ready when it's scheduled to be picked up. The last time it took 2 hrs of waiting in the parking lot....pass the pick up time.

Poor customer service. Today the staff refused to assist me with an item that was available but refused to bring it down.
