Went in yesterday to look for stackable washer and dryer and was greeted and helped by the nicest lady named Blanca! She was really helpful and polite. And with in less than an hour of our purchase we were having our washer and dryer delivered and installed! Amazing service, appliances in great conditions and super great deal! Im one happy customer

The service was great when you are there to purchase an appliance but they lack customer service when you call them back to get your items fixed. The lady in the establishment is very nice and was able to refer me a guy to come buy to fix my broken appliance. I can't blame her for trying, but that person didn't bother to call me back to set a time for them to check it out. That guy instead sent a text after hours and stated not to bother to fix it. Very disappointed in his quality of service.

my husband and I bought a GE refrigerator from this location about 3 years ago, and so far it’s still working great!
being that the appliances are used, the fridge we got was in real good conditions. super clean inside and out.
definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable and still works/looks like new. ??

Six months ago my husband and I purchased a washer & dryer. The washer stopped working about two weeks ago, a coding ''sd'' would come out. I contacted the business last Sunday to let them know we were having issues with the washer. The woman that answered first told me she was driving and that she will need to verify the purchase was from them due to having other purchases that were from other appliances businesses, she will return the call. Half of the day passed with no call from her. I called again, and a man answered and told me to send him pictures. I was not home, texted the pictures the following morning with the date of the transaction charge in the debit card. I contacted them again to confirm they received the photos. The lady that first answered told me she will need to send it to another person. Up to this day we have not heard from them, now it is Friday. I hired another repairman to come look at the washer on Tuesday. I was told the washer sensor of the time was not reading the cycle. It will cost about $350 to fix it, that is more than what we paid for the washer. We ended up calling MyLA311 to pick up the washer. We purchased a brand new one from best buy. It's unfortunate the business does not stand behind the product and doesn't care about having good customer service.

I bought a stove and refrigerator and I loved that the price was great and they matched my kitchen perfectly! Great customer service and they accommodated my work schedule. I really appreciate it . I also really like that they tested my stove before leaving to make sure everything was fine.
