WITHOUT PENALTY, OR SHAME, THE CHANCE HAPPENS WITH MRS. ROSY.
IT WAS MY FIRST TIME, IT WAS NOT A HOLIDAY THAT JUSTIFIES THEIR ACTION.
She was so kind, attentive and told me her flowers will be ready in two hours.
That day I had the worst experience in this business that I ever imagined, she showed me two hours later the arrangement with strong colors of various colors and not what was agreed upon.
And I was able to think that first he forgot and he told me right away I can make one as you like. Two hours had already passed, but because of his kind treatment I accepted again and I never imagined he just made me waste the entire afternoon from 3pm and after For more than 4 hours he just tells me that's it and shows me a vase with only flowers that I didn't ask for with other colors (Mrs. Rosy doesn't look stupid at all because she did remember) and it wasn't what was agreed upon again and he just wanted me sell what he had.
It's not fair THEY DECEIVE YOU AND MAKE YOU CONSENT AND BY THE TIME IT WAS ALREADY VERY FRUSTRATING. AND I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY DO THIS TO THE CUSTOMER AND WASTE HOURS.
WHY HE DOES NOT DESERVE THAT RATING, HOW IMPOTENT, I THINK HE LIKES TO DO THAT BUT THE EVIL AND HIS BAD INTENTION WAS SHOWN BEHIND HIS GREAT FALSE KINDNESS.
HIS BAD DAY TOOK IT OUT ON HIS CLIENT.
The waste of time, total deception and because of his great kindness with falsehoods, that is how he works, in the end he only told me if you want I only have these and he never made the arrangement that we agreed upon, he made me consent to nothing and it was not just 1 time that he It deceives, they were 2 times assuring without complying.
HIS INTENTION WAS CLEAR, HURT HIS ACTION WAS NOT GOOD AND I DON'T WANT THE SAME TO BE DONE TO ANY CUSTOMER. (IT WAS NOT LIKE NOT HAVING TIME, IT WAS WANTING TO HURT) BECAUSE YOU MADE SURE TWICE TO LEAVE ME WITHOUT FLOWERS ALL AFTERNOON AND TO FRUSTRATE THE GIFT TO YOUR LOVED ONE.
IN LIFE, ENCOUNTERING PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO DO THAT TO YOU AND THEIR BEHAVIOR OF THIS LADY. ROSY AS I WAS GOING TO IMAGINE, WORKING WITH HER KIND PLAN TO LEAVE YOU WITHOUT THE FLOWERS YOU REQUESTED AND SHE IS ONLY SEEKING TO GET OUT FOR HER BAD DAY WITH HER CLIENT.
POOR FLOWERS BUT LIFE IS NOT OURS TO HURT OTHERS.
WHAT A BAD BUSINESS FOR EVERYTHING
WHAT DID MRS. ROSY ENJOY?
LYING AND HIDING AFFECTING AND FRUSTRATING CUSTOMERS.
BOTH THE ACTION AND INTENTION OF HARMING OTHERS IS ONLY FOR OUR SOUL OUR CREATOR IS IN CHARGE OF.

The flowers and their Creator are not to blame, I just take my time away all afternoon so I can't look elsewhere.
Blessings from heaven for this MRS. ROSY that hides inside. In truth, her actions are strange and she is the OWNER, even more strange because it seems that she is not, her actions were without principles, without ethics.

And it was my first time to buy, that this lady gained perhaps SATISFACTION by frustrating and wanting to make me angry as a customer, poor thoughts that she has.

Service was good, lady was nice but this place is very overpriced. A box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates is $30!! You can get a 48 pc for $18 at CVS.
