Purchased a couple used machines. Upon installation machines were not working. Called several shops and no one was able to diagnose or repair the machines. Finally was referred to Alliance and they dispatched their tech Hector. He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem and get the machines working properly. Something three different techs couldn't figure out or simply didn't want to take on the challenge. I highly recommend Alliance for your repairs and would ask for Hector as your tech.

I have been in the business for 30 years and up until now considered Alliance Laundry Systems to be the best in all areas. In particular , their tech support was the best, which I used as a selling point when I approached customers for new equipment. Over the last year or so, their service and support has gone south --to put it politely. They recently aquired PWS laundry parts, which was my main source for parts and manuals, because of easy accessibility. Not anymore. They screwed that up as well. There website is useless and poorly managed, whereas before it was a snap to use. (If it aint broke, don't fix it) I'm wondering if this company is going through a shakeup, because this kind of activity foreshadows a company's downfall. I hope they can right themselves.

They busted my pipes. We are dealing with Ana FigueroaVP of Operations & Finance and West Region yet4 months later and there is still no actions taken. Good luck buying from them.

We had a cancelled order that we never received the full refund for. We were given the run around and had called at least 4 times after being told multiple times to wait x amount of days for the charge to come back into our account (it never did). They never sent a confirmation email either so we never knew the part was actually coming. We never got the refund which essentially is stealing since we don’t have the part. Do not use this company. No one was helpful, they didn’t refund us our money & this caused us a great deal of stress & time.

They installed commercial washer and dryer in my apartment building and the dryer stopped drying within the first week. I could not get the selling agent - Hector Fernandez in Los Angeles - to return my phone calls or get the service team out to fix this brand new machine

Hello All, I am the president of the Board of our association. I have to write a review on this company because we recently have purchased our own commercial speed queen machines for our building...and I have to say PWS is the place to buy or rent your washer and dryers. Their equipment is Best by far in the Laundry Industry, not only is their water and dryers spectacular. Their sales team is magnificent...people who have I have dealt with our top notch at this company. Lets start off with their amazing sales rep Rick Adams, thank you for being so Awesome to work with when purchasing the right washer and dryers we needed for our building. Next the technician rep Alex B. who got everything up and running and showed us all the ends and outs nohow to operate and utilize these machines to their fullest potential. Lastly, lets deal with their customer service who are always ready to get things right for any questions or concerns you may have, thank you Veronica Vela and Marita Munoz...The PWS team has been so pleasant to work with and I am so grateful with how professional and timely they have been with our association. If anyone is looking for new washer and dryers PWS in my opinion is the only way to go. Our association will be a lifetime customer!!!

The office women need some serious help in the customer service department. Or at the very least they need to quit blatantly lying to customers. This is putting it very nicely. I needed residential in home service on my washer and put in an online request on Monday. No response back. On Wednesday I call them, and am told that a service person can come on Friday, but was given no time frame. At noon I called and spoke to a different woman from my Wednesday call who told me "no" your address is not on the list for today. A little while later I received an email from the woman I spoke to on Wednesday saying the technician had a family emergency and would come Tuesday instead, she would call first thing in the morning to give me a time. Hmmm. Tuesday comes around and technician is at my house bright and early. Technician said, "the office lady just called and said you guys were on the phone wondering where I am". My husband said "no, we saw your van right here". Well, that's strange....why is she lying? My husband brought up the Friday issue with him and was told "yes, I had a family emergency, but you were never on my list for Friday". Another lie from the office woman. WTH? Fast forward, my washer is fixed, technician is great and efficient, and the only positive part of this company. Lastly, my credit card is billed for the service call and I don't receive an invoice. Two days later, after giving them a chance to complete billing, I realize "they are simply not sending one". I have to contact them yet again to request my invoice. Good grief. Worst of all is that with all the dishonesty these women have shown, I hate that I was required to give over a credit card #prior to the call.

do not buy from this scam company-horrible reviews should have told me something. ordered a part from them paid for overnight delivery by 10:30am-not here-call them-only to be told there is nothing they can do? wtf? that is bullshit-you have on your website different options for delivery-i paid you scum bags not fedex so therefore a refund should be coming from this scam company-they refused-even though it is an opiton on their website-that should tell you all something about this scam company-no wonder all the bad reviews. never again and i do not recommend anyone to this scam place.

I'm nor shocked at the 2 1/2 stars on Yelp for this company. I called to speak to a salesperson about 2 new washers and dryers. I was transferred twice as no one was picking up. Finally, Rick picked up the phone. I started to explain my situation and what I needed..... He hung up on me! Rude! Wow!!! Couldn't have just said, sorry Lady I can't help you.... No.... he just hung up on me. Last time I ever buy a machine from them!

I try to give small business my business instead of going to Amazon. It's a risk, some are great, some are poor. The Laundry Company is poor. I paid for a product, they took my money, but emailed me it wasn't in stock. The salesman Jeff, tried selling me something else. I politely declined and asked to cancel order. The order wasn't even 10 hours old! He sounded like he was going to cry because I would accept an alternative part. He hung up on me. Did not refund me. Now they will sit on my money until PayPal refunds me! Shady companies do this because PayPal allows a massive amount of time for resolution. Beware of their stealing. I ordered a part that I no longer needed, I placed a call to cancel it not a half hour later. The agent confirmed they would cancel and refund my paypal. That was Monday. Friday, I still don't have my refund and the agents are giving me the run around. Asked how long I can expect my refund only to be disconnected from the chat. I don't recommend using this store. Not one bit
