I am utterly appalled by the conditions I witnessed during my recent visit to your establishment. It is with great dismay that I report the feeder insects intended for reptile nourishment were nothing short of deceased, neglected for what seems an eternity in their containers. The sight of black worms, decomposing and teeming with bacteria, was not only repugnant but also a grave health hazard to any unsuspecting pet and owner.
But my horror did not end there. The state of the reptiles in your care was deplorable, a stark reflection of unethical practices. These innocent creatures, destined for domestic life, are being dispatched to their new homes already compromised, saddled with illness and the burden of improper care instructions. This is a gross disservice to both the animals and the customers who rely on your expertise.
This is not merely a failure in maintaining basic standards; it is a blatant disregard for the well-being of living beings and the trust placed in you by the community. I implore you to take immediate action, to overhaul your care protocols, and to educate your staff and customers on the critical importance of proper animal husbandry.
The situation as it stands is unacceptable and demands urgent rectification. I await your prompt response and the implementation of rigorous improvements.
I am writing to you not just as a concerned customer, but as a voice within the reptile community that is outraged by the conditions we have witnessed in your stores. The carelessness and neglect towards the animals you sell are not only alarming but utterly unacceptable.

This is my go to PETCO, they usually have all my wife and I are looking for. The staff members always greet with a smile. Their usually short wait time in lines, and the staff member are available for assistance.
