Brought in my dog today and they did such a great job! Took a while to get him groomed because of the respiratory infection within dogs , so the previous cut was with me (so not so good). They did increase the price by a bit, but it's so worth it compared to this major chain stores. Came back smelling clean and a happy dog!

Traumatized my dog he was cut burned with the shaver and fearful of his crate . It took months too get him back to somewhat normal behavior and for his injuries to heal ..... they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this and made no apologies and got paid smh

If I was able to select a 0, I would but unfortunately apparently not so. I would like to say this was my FIRST AND LAST time. I will be visiting this place. I state this because I have two dogs, after the grooming was done. Both dogs were just not what I wanted, was so disappointed. Next few hours during that day, my dogs got redness in all eras. I had to get my dogs to the vet for the purpose they were stretching deeply that it was making the rashes into infections. I don't know what else to say because this is just unbelievable that my dogs had to experience this. All this happened within hours aparta from the visit. Once again, I will NOT recommend this place at all!!

They were just focused on shaving my dogs hair. They kept insisting on shaving it off. I told them to cut the knots he had. Which were under the belly. I told them to go ahead & shave the belly, & again they just wanted to shave him completely. Every dog I saw there was shaved. Seems that's all they know. I just decided to leave.

If I could give a 0 I would! We have given this groomer years of business and not had a problem until now. We dropped off our dog for a regular bath & grooming session. However, as time passed we realized it was getting later and we had not received a call to pick our dog up. After frantically calling multiple times, sending text messages and going to the shop to inquire about our dog we were unable to get in contact with the owner and found the shop was closed. It was extremely unprofessional on their end to not reach out to us and leave us in great distress to have to spend a night with no information on our dog or its well-being. The next morning we were able to have our dog returned to us after only being bathed and still expected to pay a fee for the mediocre job done. Our dog is anxious and traumatized by these people's lack of communication. We will not be returning and strongly recommend anyone reading this find somewhere else to take their pets!
