The picture on the left was my dog before. She was in desperate need of a haircut and was not looking good. The picture on the right is her after I took her here. A huge improvement! The people here are so nice and my dog came out looking and smelling amazing! Prices are amazing! Absolutely love them!

, the owner was friendly and sweet with my dog, my dog didn't even want to go back home with me lol definitely coming back, prices are also reasonable.

First time taking my dog to this groomer also the very last! I Had an appointment for my dog at 10 had me waiting until 12 the passed other dog's appointment before my dog. Very bad customer service you get charged extra for everything! I ask for a little bit of hair trimmed off of her and teddy bear cut on her face. Had my dog comeback with all her hair shaved off and her face was wasn't even teddy bear cut. Please don't take you dogs here, if I could give 0 stars I would.

My little girl after being groomed! Jasmine and the rest of the team are always so polite. I haven't had a problem at all and they kindly take any request with haircut or even shampoo. They been helpful and always understand what I'm looking for. And they are so patient with my girl. At some point she use to come back super itchy! I'm so glad it's not a problem but they'll use a different one if requested. Thankfully it hasn't been an issue but glad they assist if it is. And I like that you can adopt a fur baby here!!

I had just combed out my dogs hair & taken a close look at her before I took her to this groomer because I don’t trust groomers. Do not take your dogs here, owner doesn’t take responsibility & flat out lies to her customers. The worst decision ever to take my baby girl here, the grooming cost my dog 2 cuts & a visit to the Vet that by the way the owner said she was not responsible for the Vet visit. Such a horrible experience for both my dog and I, owner has no customer service skills & offers no apology. Do not take your dogs here.

I had only been to this groomer once or twice before my 1st experience when I took her over a year ago was ok, I remember she asked me what type of haircut would I like said "teddy bear" I said what other type is there, she said, oh I only know teddy bear, I thought why ask me then. On Friday 10/7/2022 I made the worst decision ever, my regular groomer couldn't see my dog so I said I'll give this one another try. I took her in & when I was called to pick my dog Coco Channel up 2hrs later I walked in & the young lady who I believe is the owner calls me to the back where another gal met us I found my dog's booty bleeding I was shocked to see how badly she had been bleeding & how awful her booty looked, worse yet it didn't stop. The owner explained that my dog had a tiny little scab on her booty & when they were washing her the scab fell off. One of the gals who I believe is the owner proceeds to ask me if I want to take her like that or would they want me to wash her off I told her wash her off, she says the bleeding doesn't stop. I told her I'm upset I may have to take her to the Vet since the Vet charges are you paying for it. She then answers me "it's not our fault, we wouldn't hurt her on purpose" obviously but they did, the worst part is neither gal offered an apology nor took any responsibility. She also explained that my dog had other scabs, really lady then why didn't the others fall off with the water. We all know scabs fall off when they scratch them off. I'm telling you I had checked my dog right before taking her in. Funny thing before taking me to the back she made sure I paid her, believe me I wouldn't have paid if I had seen my dog before she took me to the back. Now I tell you once I show you the before & after you will be shocked, one picture is the one I had sent her earlier right before I text her & asked if she could groom her that day, the 2nd picture is after I picked her up. The next thing I noticed on my dogs face is that they cut her face by looking at her face it seems they cut to close to the face & she started bleeding when I got home, the rd picture is a cut that was hidden by her ear. I am so angry & disgusted with this groomer, her attitude, lack of customer service, lack of taking responsibility, and flat out lying. I know accidents tend to happen but I would have had more respect for her had she taken responsibility, offered to pay the Vet something. Be aware & be cautious with this groomer, I will not recommend you take your dogs here.
