incompetent AND rude!
my tv had some bright white spots. eduardo came to my house to pick up my tv. he said it was a great tv and worth fixing--that he could easily do it. he brought it back the next day and the bright spots were gone; i thought things were great. i noticed after he left, though, that my tv was dark all over and there were dim spots in a grid pattern all over the whole screen. i waited to see if the problem would go away--it didn't--then called him to come back.
he came back and told me first there was nothing wrong. then he admitted the screen was dark, but said it was a crappy old tv, what did i expect? and spots? one can hardly see them when the picture keeps changing on the screen. i told him that these were new problems that HE GAVE MY TV. he needed to be reminded what he had fixed on the tv in the first place.
so he took the tv back, this time for 6 days. the day it was ready he tried to drop it off without calling to see if i were home first, then got mad and nasty when i wasn't. i called him that day to see when he could drop off the tv and he yelled, "i was already there!" he said he was coming back. i waited for an hour and a half, then called him. he wouldn't tell me when he would come back that day. "i'll let you know," he snapped.
when eduardo brought the tv back, it was clear he had done nothing to it the whole week. it was just as dark and spotted as when he took it.
i just threw a bunch of money in the trash. now my tv is going on the e-waste pile.

Edwardo the owner is a very honest repair man apparently after investigating my Samsung 50” Q Led 2021 tv that wouldn’t stop tuning off and on constantly ended up being resolved after unplugging it he could of charged us a fee but didn’t their was no charge like I said very honest man I definitely recommend Orion Tv Repair

Eduardo is THE MAN! My big screen went out - heading into Memorial Day Weekend! I sent a request for a quote at 11pm and he responded within 10 minutes, I was amazed! Came out the next day, took the TV and brought it back in less than 48 hours! The power box was fried, he replaced that, rehung the TV and I'm back in business! Very prompt, reliable and fairly priced! If you need a TV repair I'd make him you first call! Thank you Eduardo!

Absolutely amazing and speedy work by Eduardo! In less than 24hrs I had a quote, my tv was picked up and delivered and back on the wall. I could not be happier with Eduardo's service. I'm so glad I reached out into getting my TV repaired instead of just buying a new one. I spent $200 on a repair on a 60" flat screen instead of $1K+ on a new one.

highly recommend!! had an old school jvc vhs combo tv that powered on with no visuals & i brought it thru and this brother fixed it up like new same day, plus great spirit and customer service. definitely has go to energy.

Eduardo came all the way to my house. He knew exactly what was wrong. He took it all the way back to his shop. He fixed in a couple days and brought my tv all the way back to my place. The TV works great! I highly recommend Orion TV repair.

Great experience! I sent an inquiry via Yelp and I got a response within a few hours. Eduardo called me out to repair my Samsung Smart TV. I will note that I already knew what the problem was with my TV (wifi module replacement) as I had to previously fixed this issue. Anyway, Eduardo was at my house within 1 hour and was able to fix the TV on the spot within 20 minutes. The cost was $100 which included the part, delivery and same day service. For what it's worth, the last time I got it fixed they charged me $160. Very pleased!
