Had a very bad experience, overpriced and they do not accept returns. Normally stores give 30 days for unopened items. Be careful when purchasing. Will not be coming here anymore, party city has same products and at a reasonable price.

We were helped out instantly walking in. We went there to pick up a customized piñata for my daughter. I had my daughter I had my daughter she was excited to see everything in the store I let the owners know that it’s her birthday and they were so kind to get a cupcake with a candle and they sang happy birthday to her. Very sweet. The piñata is perfectly made as well.

Poor customer service, the lady was rude, looked bothered by me asking about prices on different items, like soorry I'm asking just put prices on the items?. I'm just looking at my option here. She told me she was gonna bring me something the next day because they had it in the warehouse, and when I went the next day, they didn't even take it. I just wasted my time.

This store is family owned and they make you feel like family! Perfectly stocked and they make sure your experience at their store is unique. Everyone is so nice and helpful the best party supply I’ve been to.

I love this place! They are always very helpful and friendly. If they don't have the product you are looking for they find a way to get it to you. I love the candy they sell! The quality is great and the kids love the candy from there. The owners of the store make it such a welcoming environment every time I go. This is my go to spot for everything party related.

This place is awesome. Staff very helpful and patient while you navigate through all they have to offer. Trust me it a lot! I love it. Def. My go to spot and I have referred a few friends who share the same sentiments.

They're always so attentive and kind . Which keeps me coming back . You'll definitely find all kinds of candies and goodie bags and even balloons /center pieces /pinatas. Everything is fresh and neat.

I was very happy with this location. I found most of the things I wanted. Their prices are much lower than other large party stores. The staff is super nice and will go out of their way to get what you need. Liz was very helpful along with her father. The only downfall is the parking. It is very small because it shares with an auto shop that is on the lot. Other than that a great party place to shop! I will come again!

I needed decorations for a last minute trophy ceremony for my sons soccer team. I was able to find everything I was looking for, of course, soccer themed. Everything was organized, clean and well lit. Other party stores are too crammed that I just want to get out of there. I found a soccer piñata, soccer piggy banks, table cloths, American chocolates, and some cute marshmallows soccer favors. Their customer service is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. They offered us water and juice for my son. Once I had all my items they walked us to our car to assist in loading everything. I've found our new party supply store!

This place is my go-to .They have the Best piñatas and Variety of Mexican candy . All of the candys here are fresh. Not dusty or sticky like many other candy stores/warehouses I been to . Prices here are very reasonable. Customer service is beyond outstanding you are literally treated like family . This store is very clean and we'll organized.I highly recommended Mundo De Karamelo to everyone I assure you will not regret it .
