They are very unprofessional, they came to check my dryer and said that it had a fix and he would take it to his workshop and when the man looked for it he didn't want to say many buts that it was the light that maybe the switch was thrown out that he didn't tell him The other man who was big, not normal at all, had the light checked and that was not the problem. A day later I talk to him and tell him that everything is fine with the light, that if he is going to be able to or if he doesn't want to fix it, just tell me and that's it, and he tells me no, as he thinks, of course yes, but it's expensive. I told him I'm going to pay him and he told me tomorrow afternoon we'll pick it up and they never arrived.

Very unprofessional. I called because my stove display stopped working. He didn't show when he said he would. I had to keep calling to see if he was going to come, and he kept pushing the time out. When he did show, I was at work because it was not the agreed time, but I had someone let him in. He was there less than 5 min and said, "Your display is not working." I KNEW THAT! That's why I called! I called him back, and he said he had to go get the model number. I called again a few days after that to get a price, and he said he would find out and call me back. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard from him. I would listen to all the reviews that say he does not keep appointments. They are correct.

Mr . Guzman came to my house. He diagnosed , the problem in minutes. Charged me a very reasonable price . I was expecting to pay triple actually. Thank God and him , I didn't! I would definitely contact and refer him to friends and family no doubt !! Don't think twice about contacting this man , you will not regret it .

Mr Guzman did the job when the 2 technicians from the Home warranty plan company were sent, they did not perform, only excuses and a call to the Home warranty plan, there were 3 times where I called him after the home warranty techs did not want to do anything...thank you you made it.

Mr. Guzman fixed my mother-in-law's Frigidaire dryer today- did a great job. During my face to face communication with Mr. G, I found him to be genuinely honest and an expert in his field. It is my belief that Mr G could of chosen to tell me, to replace my dryer motor, which would have realize more money for him. Instead, Mr. G did the opposite - did couple magic tweaks... to the motor and the dryer started right up . My cost was not even near a $100. At some point in the future, per Mr G, I have the option to rebuild the motor. That option was also very affordable. Thanks again Mr. Guzman !

He is a very irresponsible person. He makes an appointment and doesn't arrive - nor does he call to let them know he won't arrive. This is considered an inability and unwillingness of a person to fulfill their obligation.

After many many services.. great job fixed my dryer from the load annoying Squeaking, from the control in the refrigerator, and now the fan in the freezer motor went out and a quick replacement less than 20 minutes, great service like always , Thank you for being available on Saturday.. now I can have cold beer again... lol I recommend is company for service, friendly staff, and honesty.... fix and repair in less than 20 minutes

I can confirm and agree with the people that have given this place a 1 star. I called to schedule a service for my mother's washer. Even though he gave me a time, he never showed up. Didn't even bother calling in advance to explain his situation. This is very unprofessional. My mom had to miss a day of work to wait for this person.
