The employees are very nice, not as helpful as they think their are, but service oriented. The company however is predatory. I bought a phone, it was glitchy, company policy, no full refunds. I had the phone mess than 12 hours...I would avoid METRO PCS... They do not back their products, it is legislated strategic looting

The sales representative was very welcoming. Came in with the intentions of canceling my account but somehow the sales rep changed my mind and I ended up leaving with the brand new phone. And also big big thank you to the rep that helped me they helped me save money by setting up the Auto pay.
