Came today at 5:30pm And one of the retail associates failed to assist me. Without even checking the computer or asking me for my information. He was the only one there. The lady was leaving.. And he did not want to help me. He told me "call 611" What type of costumer service is that? All because he was witty witty with his coworker.

Very bad customer service in the sense that they always try to upsell you on cheap accessories even if you don’t want them, and they try to scam you by saying a stereo is free with a purchase of a phone or accessory bundle but then just add the price of the stereo to the total price, watch out for owner Tim. It’s sad because they take advantage of older Hispanic community.

No type of customer skills they take their sweet time to assist you. Then get your plan all mest up and ask you to come in again to fix the problem.Like if ppl have the time of day to be going and fixing there mistakes!! Ugh not coming here for my service ANYMORE!!!!

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A20, first newer more expensive phone I've bought in my entire life. I don't put my money in my phones so this was big for me. Girl forgets to put instruction manual in bag, I go home and find my entire phone's language is in Spanish. So is texting. Her first language is Spanish so she put it in her first language so she could try to transfer my old info to new phone- she was unsuccessful. So I'm home and notice I don't have my booklet to help me. Spent a long a** time trying to fix it. I decide I'm going back for the book. But life happens and days turn into a few weeks. When I finally show up to pick up a manual, Jesse, the store manager, says he didn't want to call me a liar, but he doesn't have any proof that she forgot to put the manual in the bag. I didn't have my receipt, but they have cameras! (Transaction # 3321666, 10/2/2019, 6:23pm, cashier : Gissel0822) In case you want to watch her, Jesse. Whatever- didn't feel like arguing, he was no help whatsoever. Said he couldn't give me a new one and told me to look online if I instructions. So I asked for his bosses number, "Tim" but he gave me some other number to call, not his bosses. I think he handled this pretty shitty. So this here is my first bad review. What d*** a** sells a brand new smart phone to a customer without an instruction manual? Then doesn't even keep it around if I ever come back for it? You know who? The idiots working at my local MetroPCS. Fine people working there.

If 0 stars was possible this is what this store deserves. Never coming here again. The pregnant girl refused to sell me a phone unless I bought accessories for it? Store Manager rules? I didnt need accessories I only wanted the phone. Went to another place with better service and put a corporate complain on her. Do not come here if you want good service.
