The worst store ever. One person at the counter, no greet. Waiting forever, dirty, weed smoking going on in the back room, door was open. Corporate is lost here.... ghetttoooo..

I am giving 4 stars for customer service because Liz is awesome. She answered all my questions and kept in touch when I went to exchange the Stylo 5 (I was dissapointed with the quality of the new model) The other girl I dont know her name but also very nice and patient. The reason I didnt give the 5 stars is because they dont have all the phones available, like I wanted the iPhone 8. But I got the galaxy A20 and I love it.

Service wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. My dad needed a new phone because his old one no longer held a charge. It genuinely felt as if he was just going through the motions. There was zero desire to connect with the customer, no desire to see what the customer needed or was looking for, just a "well we have this phone here for 149.99 , really??? I've had better service at other locations.

If 0 stars was possible this is what this store deserves. Never coming here again. The pregnant girl refused to sell me a phone unless I bought accessories for it? Store Manager rules? I didnt need accessories I only wanted to the phone. Went to another place with better service and put a corporate complain on her. Do not come here if you want good service.

They'll ROPE you without you even knowing it!.... I only wanted to buy just the phone. They ended up charging extra fees for services i didn't even ask for or need at all!!! Make sure you read ur receipt before signing or paying for anything!!! Worse experience...
