Man up front was rude, stared me down and didn’t acknowledge me. I asked for help and he said angrily that they do appointment only. Like wow, I didn’t know. I haven’t been here in years.

I recently took my dog Coco to Madame Pompador for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with their service! The workers were kind and respectful, which made me feel good about leaving my dog.I simply asked for a trim and to get rid of some knots, and they did exactly that! What I loved most was that they didn't go overboard with the shaving, so Coco still looked like himself. When I picked him up, he was in such a good mood, and I could tell he wasn't scared or overwhelmed like he had been at another place in the past.If you're looking for a grooming spot where your pet will be treated with care and attention, I do recommend Madame Pompador (:

Took my cat (Gandalf) in for a nail trim. Was able to make same day appointment. The service was great. Nail trim was done with ease. Will definitely come back again.

I love taking my dog Cali to get groomed here. The price is great for the outstanding service. The owners are very friendly, which makes me feel at ease trusting my furbaby with them. My dog always looks clean, fresh, and pretty afterwards. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

My dog loved it! He wasn't scared or anxious when we piked him up. He was happy and energetic. The people that attended him were really nice and patient. I recommend this place for all dogs and cats, especially first timers. Will definitely come back!

This is your no frills, affordable pet grooming spot. It’s hard to find a spot that works on cats, let alone kittens. Jonie did a great job with our kitten, who had his first grooming session with her. She made him feel calm and even finished earlier than expected. Can’t wait to come back here!

Just found out that we have been taking my dog here for the past 12 years!! This place is amazing, when we first started taking my dog here she was scared to be touched by anyone and now she is super comfortable with everyone in there. Would definitely recommend!!

First time here! I have 2 Shih Tzu dogs one of which is difficult to Groom. I previously took my difficult dog to another groomer and they did not finish him. Ray at Madame Pompador was so awesome !! She got down low and greeted my dogs rubbed them to evaluate their state and also to make them feel safe. She was extremely patient and positive! I think we have finally found our forever groomer!

Great place to have your dog groomed. My large dog, Papo, always comes out looking and smelling great! They do a fantastic job, and my dog enjoys going. This is my 3rd time coming and will be back in a few weeks.
