First let me start by saying The customer service here is beyond exceptional. Alex and staff are very respectful and kind your treated like family. Alex had a lot of patience and was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to help us, he also made calls and fixed problems right on the spot for us. I truly appreciate all your help Alex we will be coming back soon.

UPDATE: DO NOT DO TAXES HERE. Reviews are BRIBED with a Starbucks gift card. If I could give this place no stars I would.
I did my taxes in this place due to rushing it & doing them last minute (I also believed the Google reviews); was told by Alex that he knew what he was doing, and apparently he was wrong.
I kept asking him if there will be any issues (as my tax person had submitted an extension for me), Alex told me “no.” Then I received a call from him, few days later, stating there was a conflict in submitting my taxes (I had to sign a release form), and I was told I would have to pay extra fees to the IRS due to this late submission.
I regret coming to this place and cheating on my usual tax person.
