Good overall because as a service member, I filed for free using the Miltax version of the software. Although I couldn't file 'married but filing seperatly' on the app for State which is the state of California. I had to go to the main office to file State taxes. It worked great with federal. So please, fix the software to file state taxes with married but filing separately.
Awesome App. Easy to use as well.
I also like to state that the tax preparer was awesome. She was very professional and helpful.

My family and I came to this location and all have had great and easy experiences with both Nancy and Brenda. I really am greatly appreciative of the process being simple and straightforward but still informative. I'm glad I chose to come here as is a other location here in South Gate gave me the impression maybe H and R block wasn't a good fit for me because of the costumer service I got from Maria. I will be returning to this precise location just to see Nancy or Brenda every time I need assistance, they both have great attitudes and are very professional, not like others.

They don't respect your time at this location, I made an appointment at 2pm showed up and I was told it was going to be a bit of a wait and while waiting I get a text telling me my new appointment was at 3pm meanwhile there was no one around I could talk to or ask information about after 30 mins of awkward waiting I left. Sad that they don't respect peoples time

I'm giving this score because it was very unsatisfying to have submitted all my information that was needed on the web page in order to move along quickly in the process, once I met in person with my advisor. When i get there to my appointment i come to find out non of my information had been seen by my advisor, she asked me questions that i had already answered in the web page, like my date of birth, my ID information and so on, it was quite frustrating. Do not have someone fill out their information online if it's not going to be seen or linked to the advisor.
