The customer service here is great, everyone was really nice and helpful. Everything looked really nice and pretty but i headed to the plus size section and it was so hard to find what i was looking for. The racks were very full and hard to look through them. It was very disorganized and most were just the hangers or there was just piles of clothes on the floor.

I came in looking for boots for a concert and ending getting an extra pair for when I go out. I told the cashier that online the shoes were a different price since they were on sale. He said he was able to price match only one pair. I was already thankful for that. Then he recommended me to do buy online and pick up in store in order to get both pairs for the sale price. I tried to do it but online stated that my pair of shoes that I had were out of stock. But yet I had the pairs right in front of me. The cashier called the manager and the manager stated it was an online issue so she couldn't honor it. It is an overall Forever 21 situation and it could've been easily override since I had both pairs in front of me. The manager seemed like she didn't even care. I get the cashier was trying to be "helpful" by offering the store pick up, which I feel like he should've seen my point of view and try to tell that to the manager. I just couldn't understand how they couldn't override it when I had the product in front of me and they recommended it to me. Overall, when I come here, the workers seem like they don't want to be there. Still took the shoes tho. Lmao.

I LOVE this store SOOOOO MUCH that I have come here and shopped like once a week despite it being a little bit of a drive for me because of the local traffic, but I prefer the selection here more than West LA Forever 21. Well each location has different stuff so each location has unique items but I just love the vibes of this place. Today I bought two gorgeous Fall items and I am hoping to come back tomorrow to get some more stuff. Staff are super cool with me and I hope to come back tomorrow.

I was in need of a bathing suit bottom that online a show that this particular store in south gate carried it.. I arrived at 7:20 Knowing that I had enough time to try bathing suit because they closed at 8. I was confronted with the manager CHRIS and to please let me try on a bathing suit He said dressing rooms were closed. I don't understand why if they close at 8 PM they would not let customers know on line . I drove almost an hour to get here because they carried what I needed and he denied me trying them on even though I told him this situation that I was. Going on vacation the next day and I wanted to make sure it fit He didn't care an just said NO out desperate circumstances I bought both sizes only because I was leaving on vacation but I think it's very unfair. I would never ever come to the store. The manager needs to take classes on customer care!!! This company dosent appreciated they're customers obviously!! They don't care about the Customers at all!! If they're going to close dressing rooms before closing they should state it online as a warning most people want to try things on specially non refundable! just because a lot of people SHOP Here doesn't mean you have to disrespect your customers or stop caring and disrespecting how hard we work to contribute your success...

On Sunday October 2nd I had to go back to the store because the cashier that helped me two days before did not take off the security tag off some socks I purchased. So when I went back they were able to remove it so I decided to shop since I was already there. When I was ringed up by the cashier Yasmin she was very nice. She was able to give me $25 off my purchase because I was a forever 21 Visa card member. I thought that was very nice of her to provide me with that deal. I have never had such a good encounter with forever 21 employees.

“I didn't like the idea of not online price matching at the store I try to make a a purchase at the store but the store I was in had the dress but online it wasn't in stock ? Like why make thiscomplicated to your customers I ask ur cashier & she said store don't do this & if u want the same discount u HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE. So I order this dress at lake wood mall ,even tho azalea forever 21 had it DO BETTER FOREVER 21 I USE TO SHOP ALOT WITH U GUYS NOW I DONT EVEN WANT TO USE UR CREDIT CARD ANYMORE ”

Reyna made my experience at this forever 21 life-changing. I was stressed out over what to wear to my graduation party and she noticed and took initiative and helped me out. Talked me through my style and pulled out different outfits for me and gave me a boost of confidence while I was there. She made my day and I wish every store I went to had someone as great as her.
