Yessnia helped me make a payment over the phone and she very sweet and sounded like she enjoyed helping me!! Other places the people always sound unamused and are rude but yessnia was the complete opposite. 10/10 recommend!!

Highly recommend this insurance location. I was helped by Melissa, she was very patient in hearing out my situation and caring when it came to explaining to me my options. Melissa was really diligent in helping me find a really good deal. Overall, I left this location really happy; despite having pretty bad experiences with my previous Insurance, i’ve been with Fastrak for almost a year now and i’m very satisfied with it.

Don't get this insurance, when you are in a car accident they never answer their phone numbers, and if you wait until office hours to report an accident, they hang out the phone on you. How unprofessional company.
